Lovingly prepared to host up to 12 guests in style and comfort within its 6 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, guests will feel spoilt from the moment they step inside. Hollyford House is bursting with all the features and amenities youâll need for a memorable stay as well as having use of The Vintageâs separate pool, spa pool, tennis courts and gym under Hollyford Houseâs guest membership. Golfers will love the estate and can book a tee off time for a round on the Greg Norman designed 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
Hollyford House is centrally located within The Vintage on Peppertree Drive and next door to Bimbadgen Estate, which is renowned for its concerts, weddings, Esca Dining and wine tasting. Itâs perfectly positioned just 2km to the delights of Deasys Roadâs Cellar Doors, including Blueberry Hill, Hart & Hunter, Degen, Keith Tulloch and Muse Kitchen. Dine inside on the stunning parquetry table, or step outside onto the covered terrace, perfect for brunch or long lunches in the sun, taking in the ambience of the garden. All in-house chefs and caterers to Hollyford House are exclusively provided and managed by our partners Hunter Concierge on-site.

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
Please be advised that at the entry of The Vintage there is CCTV surveillance (4 in 1 infra-red Dome Camera and a Number Plate Recognition Camera). Please note that this is controlled and installed by The Vintage committee for security purposes for the whole Vintage estate.
