Sitting in the heart of Newberg, this wonderful property sits just a few blocks off main street making countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options just a short walk away. Barely two blocks to the east, you will find the George Fox campus. With hundreds of vineyards just a few short miles away, it's hard to find a more perfect location for your adventures through the Willamette Valley.

Every detail both inside and outside of the home has been meticulously thought through and procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort. The furnishing and décor is all new and is at a quality level you almost never see in a vacation or short term rental property. The open living and dining layout is wonderful for any group that may be staying. There are so many amenities and special touches throughout.

Perhaps you want to relax and recuperate by the electric fireplace and the flat screen TV that is both art and streaming entertainment. The spacious main level bedroom sits just off the living area. Please do note that this is the single full bath. It has a walk in shower and is accessible from the bedroom and hallway beyond.

Extraordinary Rental!

We loved this rental! It is absolutely one of the nicest we’ve ever seen. The attention to detail is so appreciated. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The decor is so nice and comfortable. We loved having the bocci ball court outside, as well as the fire pit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, so we truly were able to rest. The only thing I would suggest is putting in a few more hangers in the closet. 😉 We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home and good location

We were in town for a larger family gathering. With the comfortable dining room, kitchen, and back yard/patio area, we were able to host dinner twice for 10 people. Central location in town, a v short walk to downtown (for coffee, dining, shopping) and a pleasant neighborhood to stroll in. Right next to George Fox University. Clean and bright house.

Comfortable High End Finishes

The house was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and finishes. The old character was charming. The house was well appointed. The beds were so comfortable! The bbq was not working and is not a typical bbq...it is a pellet run one. We could not get it to turn on, we did find the breaker had popped and were able to get the electronics on but still could not get it to work. There was no instruction on how to use it, only assembly instructions. That was very frustrating since we had everything ready to bbq and had to change plans. We have run our own VRBO for the past 10 years and are more accustomed to communicating with our guests for special requests or early check ins. Dealing with a property manager felt a lot less personal. We personally will most likely look for owner run properties in the future when we stay in Newberg.

Perfect spot- great amenities- super clean

We were very impressed with the thought that went into all the details of this rental. All the nice extras: fire place, kettle (with a few tea bags), individual & drip coffee maker (with a little coffee provided), full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash and even a little detergent for the washing machine. The decor is lovely as in the photos, and every nook and cranny is spotless! All the beds and couches are super comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping as it is a very quiet neighborhood. Management is prompt and accommodating in communications. We will definitely be back!

Walk to downtown Newberg

The house was absolutely beautiful and the beds so comfortable. Location was perfect for walking for morning coffee, lunch, or a tour of the neighborhood. I enjoyed the sun porch and patio for afternoon reading. We will definitely stay again.

Modern location near wineries and dining

Loved the comfortable setting and furniture. Loved the bocci ball court as a fun thing to do with a glass of wine. Loved the beds and mattress. Loved the J's restaurant within walking distance for breakfast, Loved the proximity to George Fox University - and the campus. Was able to drive to many wineries by as early as 1030am - only minutes from a dozen wineries and dining experiences. TV excellent. Upstairs bedroom has no sink or toilet - no bathroom - so this was a challenge for any nighttime bathroom or timing the use of shower with a 2nd couple. Offered 1 bath towel per person for the 3 nights stay. Loved the bottle of wine as a gift from the owner. Overall an excellent place to stay....just read the 1 bathroom details - as I did not and my fault. Can't reduce stars for the things that count.

Clean, comfortable house

We stayed at this property for four nights, chose it for location. It was very comfortable for the two of us, in a quiet neighborhood. We were amazed at how spotlessly clean the house was, unusual in a vacation rental! We were also impressed by how well stocked the kitchen is, with nice quality items. iTrip was great to work with, communicating with them was easy, they responded quickly when we had questions.

Perfect for a wine country getaway

My husband and I were visiting Willamette Valley for our 10th wedding anniversary and wanted a house where we could spend time together while also being close to the wineries and restaurants we planned to visit. The Newberg House was the perfect spot for us and it made our trip so memorable! Just as the listing showed, this house has every amenity you could need and more. We loved the bocce court and outdoor seating, as well as the cozy porch during a rainy day (as is common in the Pacific NW). The house is beautifully updated and comfortable (incredible kitchen and bathroom, lovely furniture and decor) but still keeps the charm of a historic home. So close to walk to downtown Newberg and an easy drive to amazing wineries within 5-15min. Do not hesitate on this home, you will love it!!

Newberg Gem

I've been coming to Newberg for the past 4 years to visit my son at George Fox Univ, a short 3 minute walk from this home. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here. The home was immaculate. The attention to detail inside was top of the line. I only wish I found this gem 4 years ago. You will not be disappointed when staying here.

Girls weekend!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! We loved every minute! It is beautiful and clean, and the beds are so comfy! I loved the enclosed back porch for early morning coffee while the rest of the house was sleeping. I’d love to come back and use the bocce ball area and outdoor fire area when it’s not raining. Oh and the bottle of wine was such an welcome surprise! Thank you!

We had a wedding in Oregon to attend. This house/home exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The little amenities were fantastic. Robes, wine, electric fireplace. Wow!!!!

Lovely heritage home that felt new with a recent remodel. Very clean and beautiful with a cohesive decor throughout. Very bright with widows and open flow from room to room. The location was perfect for walking into town for coffee, dinner, or shopping. We know where we'll be staying the next time we visit Oregon:)

Disappointed and frustrated we could not enjoy a better getaway.

Our first night was wonderful, we enjoyed visiting with our son who attends school at the university however we were woke up to your landscaper mowing , weed eater and the blower for two hours.. I am sensitive to fresh cut grass so my allergies made it difficult to enjoy the patio out back. We shopped for a special meal and then discovered the bbq did not operate. We switched to the oven but it kept setting off the smoke alarm because it had not been cleaned. Very disappointed that we spent money to not enjoy our time there!

Perfect home for our Newberg getaway

I stayed here with my mom and sister and it was the perfect home for us! The home was very clean and stocked with everything you need, even robes! We loved all of the details especially with the Willamette Valley map painting and the dog wine books :)

The property desperately needs a second bathroom and there is room upstairs. We were not able to take advantage of the central Newburg area because everywhere was closed Monday and Tuesday, so we had to drive everywhere.

This house lived up to it’s name. The perfect “getaway” as we visited family in Newberg. The bocce ball in the back made for fun evenings. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location and cozy space

This house has a wonderful location in Newberg and is very walkable to the main town stretch. We were about 10 min drive from wineries. The management were very responsive to any questions and helpful with our stay. Overall, highly recommend!

Very beautiful remodeled older home with all the charm of vintage house with all the updates of new houses. Very comfortable for the 3 of us. Loved the area surrounding the home, walkable to a vibrant downtown area and to George Fox Univ.
