Summary:
The perfect location to explore Sydney. Walk to the Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Circular Quay and CBD. Magnificent 360 degree views across Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city from rooftop deck. We have a fantastic swimming pool on the roof and nice BBQ area for your enjoyment.
The Space:
Light and bright self-contained apartment with district views and harbour glimpses. Fold-down bed, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave. Coin laundry on ground floor.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
Just around the corner from buzzing Challis Ave and Macleay St cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shopping. Steps to Woolloomooloo wharf restaurants, cafes and pubs. Around 15 minutes from the airport.
Getting Around:
750 meter level walk to Kings Cross Station, 450 meter to bus stop to City corner of Macleay St and St Neot Ave. Some street parking. Local secure parking at Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo Wharf Parking Stations.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
