This cozy studio, 1 bathroom is pet-friendly and features ground level

entrance, a covered balcony and electric heating throughout. The kitchenette

features a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, and oven (please note: The

home does NOT have a dishwasher). Relax on the comfy leather couch after a

long day on the hill and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, or play cards at

the dining table with seating for 4. There is a Queen bed in the living area

as well as a pull-out sofabed. The full bathroom is complete with vanity and

shower/tub combo with an additional separate vanity area for use while the

bathroom is occupied. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is pet-friendly

(one pet allowed, additional upon approval only), and non-smoking. The home

comes with two outdoor unassigned parking spaces. The Mammoth Estates complex

is conveniently located one block to The Village and entrance to the Village

Gondola. Stay close to all the action in The Village without the hustle and

bustle. The complex offers outdoor parking, a year-round hot tub, sauna, pool

(Summer only), public gas grill, recreation room, and laundry facilities. All

guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking

passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Nice Thanksgiving Stay

The location was perfect, super close to the Village and gondola! The unit was cozy but could use a little updating, especially in the bathroom. All and all would stay again.

Prime location!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect - walking distance to the village. I parked the car Thursday and didn't use again until Sunday departure. The unit suited our needs perfectly.

Great Location!

Our family of 4 has in this condo a few times. It’s clean and comfortable. No need to drive anywhere. Close to the gondola and restaurants. We’ll be back!

Cozy Getaway

Condo was cute, clean, and cozy. Shower has good pressure and super hot water. Unit is closely located to Jacuzzi. I would suggest that the owner get a new toaster.

Great location, quiet, perfect for us!

This was our second stay at this unit- we have now stayed once in the summer and once in the winter. Access to the Village and the gondola is awesome. We really didn’t need our car at all. Neighborhood is quiet as is the complex. Perfect space for a couple with a dog or two. My only requests: coffee filters, and a smart TV.

Not a one bedroom, is a studio with a half wall partitioning The bedroom from rest of room. Fully stocked, water worked, great location. Had to sleep with windows open due to smell... we have a dog and there were few options... so, we took it.

Property was clean and well appointed but dated —reasonable for Mammoth lodging. We could not figure out the tv. Carpet in a pet friendly rental is questionable for me. Communication and check in process were superb. We arrived just after cleaning and the cleaning fumes were strong—this wouldn’t have been an issue except we were below snow level and couldn’t open a window to air out— I can’t really complain about a ski trip with too much snow. Sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable. I wish there had been a dishwasher. Location was great.

Pet friendly appropriate

Overall we had a good stay. I was very grateful to find pet friendly accommodations. Kitchen was well appointed and the unit was not new, but was clean. Staff was kind enough to call and let us know the unit was ready early. Location was terrific—short walk to Gondola (uphill on the return with tired legs!) The unit smelled of strong cleaning agents when we arrived and since the snow blocked all the windows it took awhile to air out but once that cleared up it was not a problem. Took us awhile to find the tiny cable box ! Was hidden behind the books under the tv and very tiny—written directions on how to operate the tv would have helped.

Location great, sofa not so good.

We often at Mammoth Estates and this was our first time in this unit. The location is great. The Sofa bed needs to be replaced. I could barely walk after sitting on it. We tried to rig it by stuffing pillows in the low spots, but it really didn't work. Our kids were champs by surviving several nights on the sofa bed. There's also no place for wet stuff. I used the bath tube to store boots to keep the water from pooling in the entrance. Overall, the unit was fine for us. It is near the jacuzzi so we could check on the crowd and it's on the village side of the complex near a shuttle stop. I also don't understand how the pinball machine and pool table are always broken. Having access to Snow Creek is a big plus.

Great location, cozy, bed and pillows should be refreshed.

We picked this because we had never stayed in the complex before. It's a great location, walking distance to the village and we brought our 10-lb dachshund mix. I knew it was a semi-studio from the pictures, so keep in mind it is cozy (it was my wife and I and our adopted teen-ager on the sofa bed). The pen for our dog was tough to place where it wasn't being stumbled over. The bed is old, but I was able to sleep on it. It could be refreshed, as well as the pillows being a little worn. We used the throw pillows to provide support. This was incongruous with the obvious recent upgrades that had been done to the tile floors, bathroom fixtures, and cabinets. I'd love to stay in the same complex again, but I'll pick a different unit for a better night's sleep.

Relaxing retreat

Enjoyed this quaint vacation spot. The property was clean and especially enjoyed the balcony. Loved the location, the neighborhood and the fact that pets are allowed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy little condo. The location was perfect- easy walk to the village, and easy access to fun places to run or bike. The unit was very clean and had all of the basic necessities. If I had any request at all, it would be to upgrade the TV to a streaming TV so we wouldn't have to deal with watching cable. But we're in Mammoth and shouldn't be hanging around watching that much TV anyway! We have already booked another short stay here later this summer, and would definitely recommend it to our friends with dogs.
