Aloha et bienvenue Ă  notre belle Ăźle. J'adorerais que vous restiez avec nous dans notre condo studio rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© sur la magnifique rive sud de Maui. Ce condo comprend une cuisine complĂšte, avec cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cafetiĂšre, mixeur et grille-pain! Lit king size et canapĂ© en forme de L, parfaits pour se prĂ©lasser. Serviettes, draps et oreillers moelleux. Veuillez retirer les chaussures extĂ©rieures lors de votre entrĂ©e afin de limiter au maximum le sable et la saletĂ© et de nettoyer les tapis de qualitĂ© pour les hĂŽtes qui se rendront ensuite. Notre sable ici repose Ă©galement sur les sols en carrelage. Équipement de plage pour votre plaisir, y compris 2 chaises de plage avec parasol pour vous garder au frais sur la plage, glaciĂšre, Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e pour 2 adultes, planches Ă  voile et nouilles. Les grandes Ă©piceries, les restaurants et les magasins sont Ă  1 mile. AccĂšs Ă  la plage juste en face du condo (200 marches ou moins) pour capturer des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. CroisiĂšre sur le tronçon de 7 km de South Kihei Road Ă  certaines des plages les plus recherchĂ©es Maui a Ă  offrir ... Kamaole I, II et III, The Cove, Charlie Young, Big Beach et Makena Park pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. IdĂ©alement situĂ© en fait un trajet facile Ă  Westside Lahaina ou upcountry Ă  la belle Kula et Ulupalakua cave. Le bus s'arrĂȘte juste devant le complexe pour un coĂ»t minime. Doit avoir la monnaie exacte. $ 2 d'une façon ou 4 $ pour un laissez-passer d'une journĂ©e. Buanderie payante juste Ă  l'unitĂ© avec plusieurs laveuses et sĂ©cheuses. Les heures d'ouverture sont de 8h00 Ă  21h00. Aucune machine Ă  piĂšces dans la buanderie. Vous pouvez Ă©galement tĂ©lĂ©charger l'application situĂ©e sur les machines pour une expĂ©rience plus pratique.

This was a very nice place to stay in- very clean, nicely furnished and supplied. Nice amenities at the facility and near the beach and our daughter's home. We're sorry we were unable to stay the whole time of our booking, but would like to stay there again.

Clean, Quiet, Private, What more could I ask for?

I had the best time staying in Hallie's condo! The condo was so clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, plus supplies for the beach, and snorkeling. I stayed here for over a month and Hallie was very helpful during my stay. She would bring me fresh eggs from upcountry, give me a ride when needed, answer any texts or phone calls when needing a recommendation or questions in general. I had to extend my stay an extra 8 days and Hallie was able to keep me an extra few nights but she always did everything she could to find me other accommodations when her place was no longer available. I can't wait to come back next year. Hallie is a friend for life, and her condo is exactly what I needed for my getaway.

Affordable, clean, & cute!

Thank you for our stay at this lovely apartment. It was just the right size for our needs and affordable. Our host was easy to reach and communicated with us regularly. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has lots of special touches. All the gear you need for hanging out on the beach is provided, including good snorkeling gear. All around, we recommend this as a place to stay.

Don’t miss out on this property!

Kihei ended up being a great location and we were very happy with our booking at this property. Property manager sent us instructions a week prior and texted us on the day of arrival to tell us that check-in is ready. This place has AC, kitchen, coffee maker, and all the things you can take to the beach like snorkeling sets, boogie board, and chairs/an umbrella! Neighborhood is quiet and there was ample amount of parking. We were able to park right in front of the unity every single day. Laundry room is right below the unit so it’ll be very convenient if you need to wash your swimsuits on vacation. Just follow the instructions and everything will be effortless.

Perfect Couple Getaway

We booked a four night stay here for our honeymoon. The place was the perfect size for me and my husband. Hallie was a great hostess! She would reply right away to any questions or concerns, and is always nearby the property if we needed anything. She gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. It was better than the pictures. There was ample parking on the property. I loved that there was a cooler and other beach gear available for us to use. I would definitely stay here again!

Great couple's Getaway

Very pleasant host and a comfortable space. Right size for a short stay, especially if you are out much of the time. Nicely stocked with beach equipment. Kitchen ready for light cooking. Quiet neighborhood. Good location for exploring Maui.

Great Attention to Detail

This was a great place! New and modern rugs, bedding, etc. (I think the whole unit was newly renovated also). There was great attention to detail in every section of this rental! The kitchen had everything we needed and more, the bathroom was stocked with extra items, and the living area had great reading material that was helpful for our trip. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property manager was great and easily accessible also! The only downside was that the towels were too fluffy!

Great Time Kihei!

Hallie is the most conscientious property owner I've ever run into. Her unit was better than described and has tons of little touches that show care and love. Clean, neat, and organized as well as exemplifying pride of ownership. Beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards came in ever so handy. Has everything one would need and want. Great property to return to again and again!

Keep the trade winds blowing

Nice place when the trades are going. I hate air conditioning . The smell from the laundry below taints the air when they’re not. I would also hunt down the crowing rooster, that crows all day and night, if I was staying any longer.

Clean, fresh and bug free!

My wife and I stayed in this appartment for eight nights and enjoyed our stay very much. It's not a huge unit but perfectly fine for two adults. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and other equipment that was provided. However the thing we appreciated most was that we didn't see any roaches or other bugs during our stay. Parking was conveniently located right outside the unit. Can definitely recommend for a cosy Maui experience.

Cozy in Kehei!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean, newly remodeled. Hallie, the owner was sweet. This location is great! It's close to anything you would want to do. We drove around the entire island, did a lot of snorkeling, enjoyed the BBQ ever night and finished the day watching the beautiful sunsets across the street. The condo is perfect for 2 people that are active all day and want a place to unwind at the end of it. Can't forget about the chickens... they'll keep you on your toes :) Mahalo Hallie!

I highly recommend this Condo in Kihei!

It is very well maintained. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The decor is very thoughtful and creates a clean, relaxing and appealing ambiance. The parking is convenient as well as the location in relation to places to see and visit in Maui. It is also very close to great restaurants. The host was so nice and welcoming and I enjoyed just chatting with her. We enjoyed snorkeling and boogie boarding and the jacuzzi at night. We had a great vacation! Thank you Hallie!

Delightful & Super Clean!

A delightful spot, for the two of us, this apartment was a perfect base to our Maui adventure. The apartment is well thought out, perfect extras included such as the beach chairs and cooler. The kitchen equipment and tools were in in amazing shape and made doing light meals and baking homemade pizza a snap! We had coffee every morning on our tiny deck, sometimes to the “music” of folks playing tennis (the court is immaculate), always to the music of birds singing as the sun crept up into the sky. The community pool and hot tub are wonderful, the grounds keepers ensure it’s in the best shape possible for its guests. We used the bbqs and the picnic tables next to the pool and loved having this extra outdoor space. Ample parking included a self use car wash spot! Probably the nicest feature of our rental was that we found it to be the absolute cleanest of any vaca rental we’ve used. Our host’s eye for detail is spectacular and her hard work to make it enjoyable and extremely comfortable pays off! She was very easy to work with and an honest to goodness friendly host. You will want to stay here if: you need a great location, appreciate well kept facilities and enjoy finding everything you need at your fingertips - like the extra fluffy bath towels!

Just the right place for us

It was our first trip to Maui and we enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. We fell in love with Kihei and this sleepy condo complex. We found everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The king size bed was so comfy. The condo was clean and it looked well taken care of. We found very handy that the owner provides beach accessories. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day as well as body boards. Even beach towels and outdoor cooler is provided though we didn't use it. All the beautiful beaches were just a few minutes drive. Our favourite was the Keawakapu beach (10 minutes drive) and the Makena beach (20 minutes). We were always happy to come back to this condo after all day out. Overall this condo is amazing for people like us who enjoy calm and relaxing place without crowds of people but still close enough to the beautiful beaches and mall.

After coming to Maui for over 12 years we finally made it our full-time HOME over 7 years ago. We hope you enjoy this little "touch of heaven" we have created for you to feel at home, while away from home in paradise. I'm usually onsite or very close by should there be anything you need during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is centrally located with restaurants, shops & beaches within walking distance, however a car is usually preferred and needed to drive to the westside of Lahaina, Hana or just to take full advantage of stopping at your leisure at the breathtaking views that are available at every turn. There is free parking at this complex. There is also a great bus system should you choose that route as well. Just a note that exact change is required. $2 for a one way trip or $4 for all day pass.
