Relax with your family in our beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment in Brisbane City. Take in the amazing views of the River from our balcony and enjoy the comfort and lux amenities the apartment offers. It has an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds.
The Space:
The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate balconies and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the city, Brisbane River and Story Bridge. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. Important Information: Please note the available bedding is subject to the number of people on the booking.

- Free parking for 1 standard size vehicle (height restrictions apply)

- Living room combined with kitchen and dining and beautiful views to the Brisbane River and Story Bridge. This spacious area is fully air conditioned, has a large sofa, an entertainment unit with smart TV, a spacious dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with combined freezer, plates, pots, glasses, mugs, cutlery and additional amenities
- Main bathroom with shower over bath
- En-suite bathroom with step free shower
- Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, washing detergent, basket & pegs, iron, iron board and clothes line
- Large spacious balcony overlooking the River and Story Bridge with greenery, fairy lights and outdoor setting creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy your holiday or getaway
- Child friendly apartment with plenty of toys and board games for all ages, plates, bowls, cot with changing mat, foam mattress for smaller children, high chair, baby bath and night lamp
- It is right next to Eagle Street and the River, steps away from Riverwalk, short walk to Queen Street, Supermarket is just downstairs
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the common spaces, like pool, spa jacuzzi, BBQ and gym
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabbaâ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.

A supermarket is just downstairs
Tennis court: please bring your own equipment if you would like to use the tennis court
