Great location

The location and view was amazing. The property is great and the pool and amenities were good too. The 4th bedroom is overpriced - it's just a fold-out sofa bed and the mattress is very springy and uncomfortable.

Great Place. We stayed for the Origin game 1 so was pretty easy to get there and back. Great views and nice to just hang out at. There are also good pubs close by and an axe throwing place that was great fun that I didn't expect. The best thing though was the communication with the leasing agents. They were extremely helpful as I was a bit unorganized due to, well, being male as my wife would put it.

Family of the bride

This was the perfect venue to get ready for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of space, lighting and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for families looking for this when getting ready for a wedding.

Great views and wonderful amenities

The penthouse was lovely and views on the balcony were great. The whole place is a fantastic size and photos are true to how the penthouse is. It is only a few minutes to the bus and also only a short stroll to woollies and bottle shops. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and the ovens are truly amazing. There is coffee machines and the bedrooms are very comfortable. 2 queen beds and a king bed worked great for our family of 4. I would highly recommend this place and Hazel was quick to answer my text with all my questions. Pick this place for a stay in Brisbane.

Disappointed

We were not provided access when we arrived which was beyond disappointing and there was no one available to speak with. We were traveling to visit with family and transitioning elder aunt to assisted home care. We had limited access to Wi-Fi and apparently they had sent a message asking for more information about ages and guests which I had specified when we made the booking. However they wanted to know the ages of the adults. Since this information wasn't requested at booking our adult age 47, 48, 75 not provided so they did not have access available for us when we arrived. After making attempts to reach someone, we left the property and found other arrangements so we did not stay here. If there is required information that is needed in order to avoid issues, the property manager or owner should have contacted us via phone so that we could have communicated and avoided the entire hassle and disappointing experience. We were exhausted and wanted a place to land and we're not able to get access when we arrived and we thought it had been secured Since the payment was collected and the child ages were provided at the time of booking. We are human beings and did not need to be treated the way we were treated because of technology getting in the way of human connection. It definitely could have been handled better and hopefully they learn for future stays to make it easier for communication. We are a very clean, responsible family and it was a disservice the way it was handled.

Good apartment and a great location.

The property is well located, with lots of exciting shops close by, including multiple coffee shops, delis and marketplaces. The property owner was quick to respond to any query in a friendly and approachable way. We only stayed three nights but thoroughly enjoyed our time, particularly relaxing on the large deck overlooking the River and the city.

Beautiful property

We came down for our daughters wedding and decided to spoil ourselves with a very nice penthouse for the trip. It was immaculate and exactly what we needed. Our host Hazel was brilliant with communication and is highly responsive and professional. Over all the experience was extremely positive all round. Loved it

Brisbane - Westend Penthouse

While the location and the apartment itself were spectacular, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.- First, the positives: The apartment's location is unbeatable, and the space itself is visually stunning. The property manager was responsive and great to deal with, which was appreciated.However, there were several disappointing aspects that impacted our stay:- The TV in the master bedroom did not work.- The deck chairs were broken, limiting our ability to enjoy the outdoor space fully.- There was a bug infestation, with cockroaches everywhere. I had to spray bomb the place myself to address the issue, which was unacceptable.- We were only provided with one set of keys, and the building intercom was not working. This made it very inconvenient when family members wanted to come and go independently.- The bedding and towels were barely a step above hospital quality, which detracted from the luxury experience we expected.Overall, while the location and the apartment’s design were fantastic, these issues made for a disappointing stay. I would recommend addressing these concerns to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Amazing apartment in a great location

Great penthouse apartment with amazing views. Master bedroom is huge and has walk in robe and large ensuite as well as balcony access with the view over the river. We paid the extra for the 4th bed, which is a sofa bed that is able to be unfolded only if you have the code. Good location and easy to access the CBD area by the walking track along the river.
