Cafés, restaurants, a renowned patisserie, the Brisbane Jazz Club, an iconic riverside pub, shops, parks, playgrounds, and ferry terminals are all within easy walking distance, making the location ideal for business travellers, families, and international guests.
Situated directly on the Brisbane River, this spacious and well-appointed apartment features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, study, and living area. The layout is practical and comfortable, with quality furnishings and modern appliances throughout.

• The onsite manager and residents value a quiet, respectful environment. Parties, functions, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited within the apartment or building grounds. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Security cameras operate in common areas of the building (including entrances, hallways, and parking areas) for the safety of residents and guests. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
• The building is undergoing exterior painting as part of routine maintenance to keep it looking fresh and well maintained. Painting works outside this apartment, and its private balcony have been completed. Scaffolding may be visible in other areas of the building while remaining works continue; however, access to the apartment, river views, and shared facilities remains clear, safe, and unaffected.
