Fully air-conditioned with secure parking, you’re moments from GOMA, the Convention Centre and Fish Lane, with the CBD just a relaxed 15-minute riverside stroll away.



The Space:

From the moment you enter, the apartment opens into a light-filled, open-plan living and dining space designed for comfort. Warm oak timber floors flow throughout, complemented by reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort, and motorized blinds throughout.



The sleek kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring marble benchtops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, Bosch dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine — perfect for slow mornings or easy evenings at home.



The living area invites you to settle in, with a comfortable chaise lounge, large ottoman, and 55" Smart TV, all framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Slide them open to reveal a generous balcony furnished for outdoor dining, where city lights and skyline views create the perfect backdrop for sunset drinks or a relaxed meal.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed retreats. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, wall mounted 40" Smart TV, mirrored wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, along with direct access to the balcony. Its private ensuite includes a spacious frameless glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed, mirrored storage and its own full-height window overlooking the balcony, making it ideal for guests or family.



A second, centrally located bathroom mirrors the same contemporary finish, and a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and sink adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Conveniently located near public transport options, this apartment offers easy access to the city. Guests have access to a dedicated security parking space. For those preferring public transport, numerous bus services are available nearby, and the South Brisbane train station is a short 10-minute walk away.

* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private apartment specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.



* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.



* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.



* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.



* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.



* * Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs extra linen supplied.

The only issue I had was the blinds were remote controlled and the main blind in the main bedroom wouldn’t close which wasn’t ideal however, everything else was just as is advertised. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would stay here again!

Great central location

Great location, central walking distance to everything. Some of the facilities were a little tired and needed some work. But we enjoyed our stay and made use of the pool.

The property is located at the Brisbane Tower 1 and is easy to locate, with exceptionally easy parking. It was approximately a 10-15min walk to the foreshore and happenings of Southbank for us. We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 younger children. The property had eveything we needed to make it an easier home away from home. Especially the coffee machine with coffee provided. There is also an Asian restaurant/takeaway and a small express store at the bottom of the Tower, as well as a small coffee shop across the road of the building entrance. The pool is super fun for an evening swim, as well as the rooftop plunge pools. Both areas have BBQ facilities. We would happily stay here again when returning to Brisbane.
