Vista Grande is a superb four-bedroom, four bath home on an exclusive 1.4 acre lot complete with stunning mountain views yet 2 miles to Canyon Rd. and the Plaza. Access to Ten Thousand Waves and The Ski basin are unparalleled from this scenic Indian Ridge community.



PLEASE NOTE: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and our neighbors are very sensitive to noise. All outdoor activities must be brought inside at this time, and noise must be kept to a minimum. No events are allowed at this home.



LIVING AREA

The living room features framed mountain views through large windows and glass doors. The kiva fireplace compliments the views, and together, they provide an unbeatable ambiance. High ceilings with traditional vigas, diamond plaster walls, carved wood corbels, saltillo tile, willow twig cabinet doors, and custom light fixtures create a purely Southwestern atmosphere that perfectly compliments the New Mexican landscape. This room does not contain an AC unit but all bedrooms do.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The Chef's kitchen features high-end appliances, tile counters, dual ovens, and a gas range. The dining room features large windows and glass doors looking out onto the patio and the mountains beyond.



BED AND BATH

The primary suite features a fireplace, walk-in closet, deck access, and fantastic views through the glass French doors. The bathroom features a jetted tub, custom dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms share a bath at the opposite end of the home with an additional bath just around the corner. The den features a daybed with a popup trundle, which is perfect for kids or additional guests. This room also features a fireplace and high-definition TV.



The guesthouse casita is a completely private and self-contained suite complete with a king bed, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, and high-definition TV.

In addition to the gorgeous surroundings, the stunning and professionally landscaped courtyard will make you feel steeped in New Mexico's natural splendor. The wraparound deck opens into the living room, so it is perfect for entertaining, or simply relaxing and taking in the landscape. A hot tub is perfectly situated on the deck, offering a fun and relaxing way to take in the sights!

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- All bedrooms have mini splits for air conditioning, but the living areas do not have their own units.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.
