Girls weekend

My college friends and I stayed for a much needed girls weekend and the house did not disappoint! The kitchen was very well stocked and the living room furniture, where we planted ourselves for most of the weekend as we caught up over cheesy movies and way too many snacks was super comfortable. Highly recommend, would stay again.

JMU Graduate stay

Very nice house 3 bedroom, well stocked, clean, comfy beds. Loved the screened porch enjoyed my morning tea on it. All rooms nice size. Loved the big open living kitchen area. The 8 person table was perfect for all of us to fit around to celebrate graduation dinner.

Perfect family getaway in the mountains!

This was the perfect spot for our family of four plus two grandparents! We spent a long weekend at Nutten But Time and had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and plenty more. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and snacks on the screened porch, listening to the nearby creek. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved that there was even a full size crib! The house definitely feels like a home. We had so much fun skiing, tubing, and hiking. This was the grandparents' first visit to Massanutten and they fell in love with the resort and this house. We're already looking forward to returning for another visit soon!

Best stocked VRBO house ever

I can’t say enough about how well stocked this VRBO was, the owners definitely put in a lot of thought about all the little things that make a house a home. I’ve stayed at many many VRBO homes and this one was the cleanest, coziest and most well thought out. As the mom of the family I appreciate this home so much. AND THERE WAS A CHRISTMAS TREE AND CUTE CHRISTMAS DISHWARE!!

Excellent for slowing down and relaxing!

Our family of 8 (2 parents + 6 kids ranging from 18m - 12y) had an amazing, relaxing week at Nuttin But Time. The house isn't huge but is very spacious and fit our family very well. The crib was a definite perk, allowed our youngest to sleep feeling right at home and we didn't have to bring a pak-n-play! We were VERY pleased to find the kitchen thoroughly supplied with just about everything needed (including a variety of plastic containers we could temporarily store leftovers in until the next meal! I was shocked in a good way!), I didn't have to improvise at all during the entire week of making almost all our meals there. This hasn't been the norm in our experience! We were also thrilled to have an abundance of towels and washcloths, plenty for our family! The brook was running most of the week and we enjoyed so much time on the patio or back porch just relaxing; the babbling of the brook was just perfect. We played several games and found many more there to choose from, suitable for all age ranges. This is definitely a place we will keep on our favorites list! Thank you, Drys Family!!!

Relaxing getaway

Wonderful house! Could sit by the stream all day. Loved the screened in porch. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay again in the future.

Wonderful house

Great experience from start to finish! Owner answered my questions quickly and was VERY accommodating. Loved the easy driveway, entry without steps and the single story set up. The house had everything we needed and more, including a mini foosball coffee table which was a big hit with the kids! Close to the ski resort & tubing (less than 5 minutes). Only complaint was the bathroom doors did not close/latch. Would definitely recommend this house & owner!

Home away from home

House was fully updated, very clean, had all amenities you would want and more. Very close to JMU and owners were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. No live TV , but didn’t go there to watch TV

Tranquility! Perfect Home Away from Home

Nutten But Time had every thing that we need ed to feel like we were right at home away from home. We loved the screened in porch, and the home was well stocked with supplies (i.e., tea, coffee, towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.). Thank you!

Lovely, well provisioned home

We chose this home from among many in the area because it was one of the few on one level. (We didn't want to carry our 1 and 3 year old grandchildren up stairs.) When we arrived, we found a lovely home which was very well - and thoughtfully- provisioned. A plus the first evening was a doe and her fawn who wandered by within 2 feet of the screened-in back porch!

Exceptional House - Fabulous, Clean, Great Experience

This house is fantastic. We had plenty of space for our family, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed to cook our dinners. I would definitely book this house again if we are ever in the area. It was very easy to give this house and owners a 5 out of 5 stars!!

Perfectly situated

This rental is immaculate, roomy, cozy and perfectly situated to take advantage of all of the surrounding area has to offer. A short drive to the slopes (3-5 minutes), close to restaurants and amenities and a short drive to nearby Harrisonburg for great places to eat and have beers. Lots of hiking nearby with Shenandoah National Park, great mountain biking trails too. The kitchen is large and well equipped if you prefer cooking at home and opens into the living area so everyone can hang out in the same place. Love the enclosed porch on the side where it’s very pleasant to sit and listen to the creek next to the house. Perfect mountain getaway and home away from home.
