This architecturally designed beach house by Kennedy Nolan fuses many influences into the perfect family getaway location. Cool in summer and warmed in winter by a slow-combustion wood heater, this eco-friendly hidden gem is surrounded by indigenous flora and fauna. The outdoor, private sitting area leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and sunken lounge area.

There are two king bedrooms and one large bunk room with four king singles. The shower and toilet are separate from a generous bathroom and laundry that leads out to the side airing deck and private outdoor hot and cold shower.

The kitchen offers ample stainless steel benches and is fully equipped with all you need. The beautiful timber dining table separates the kitchen from the lush, sunken lounge area. Sit back, relax and listen.
