Great cozy retreat

The cabin was very cozy with great amenities. It started snowing as soon as we arrived, which was perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful views, fireplace, and sauna for our weekend mountain getaway.

Fantastic Cabin

Great cabin with amazing views and setting, with good hikes very close by. The cabin is extremely cozy and well presented. It’s well stocked with the essentials. This is our second stay at the property and will definitely be returning.

Lovely mountain retreat!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Miners Vista and loved every minute. It is very secluded which was ok with us. The mountain views are beautiful, the cabin is super cozy and the owners truly thought of every amenity you would need. It was such a great place and we would definitely return!

Perfect mountain retreat!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! It is truly a retreat, beautiful views and a hot tub facing the mountains with plenty of games to play inside or out. It is a much larger space than the pictures show and we LOVED the wood burning Franklin stove for those crisp evenings! The town is about 25 minutes away which is convenient, but we found it much easier to buy groceries in town and make our meals up top. A nice grill and kitchen made everything easy. Leave your worries behind and breath in the mountain air!

Family Adventure

We came to enjoy the Rockies and this beautiful mountain retreat did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 4. The views are amazing and the accommodations were top notch. The cabin was awesome and so nicely decorated with everything you need and with things you don’t even think you needed. We loved it! We were able to do white water rafting, ATV tours, St Mary’s glacier hike, visit Idaho Springs and Georgetown all within 30 min of the cabin. Perfect!!!

Snowed in

We had an amazing time at Adam’s cabin. Upon arrival we had a couple feet of snow in the ground. It was so beautiful and quiet! The drive was plowed as well as the front porch. Inside we were greeted to some snacks and wine! The cabin was exactly as described. Very comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, even spices. Over the next couple days we made a few ventures out and became aware that a winter front was going to be a good bit worse than predicted. We changed our daughter’s college appointments (we toured university of Colorado at Boulder) to earlier and stocked up well at Whole Foods in Boulder. We decided to stay put at the cabin for the remainder of our trip. The front came a little later than expected but it brought 4” more of snow in 36 hours. It was beautiful and we were warm inside the very insulated cabin. There is a smart tv, wifi, plenty of games and books to stay entertained. We used the game room a lot but unfortunately we did not utilize the sauna or hot tub. There was just too much snow. We loved watching it snow and our small dog enjoyed running and playing in it! Adam kept us up to date with the weather. We hoped the snow plows would come through our day of departure (which was when the snow finally ended). They did and Adam himself plowed us out of the driveway so we could leave. He really went above and beyond for us. We would never have been able to make this trip had it not been for our 4 wheel drive Jeep. Thank you Adam!!

Winter Get-Away

What a wonderful cabin! The hosts thought of everything. We spent three fun days enjoying the cabin and the surroundings even with a bit of winter weather. There is so much to do with the game room, hot tub and fire table and more. The inside of the cabin was so warm and welcoming including wine and snacks. The robes and slippers were a nice touch too! We would love to come back and explore again and highly recommend it!

Great Stay!

I highly recommend this house if you’re looking to stay in the Idaho Springs / Georgetown area, but want a more remote setting. This was the perfect getaway for my family. From the hot tub, to the dry sauna (my fave), to the game room, to the gorgeous cabin, to the many included amenities - this place was beyond what I expected.

Absolutely wonderful!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't rave enough about our stay here!! Five stars!! So so sooo beautiful!!! We had the best time, hanging out in the hot tub, sauna, game room, by the fireplace. It was clean, had extras we weren't expecting like a bottle of wine, snow shoes, lanterns, snacks, espresso machine. There was a TON of snow so we weren't able to use the fire pit or the table but not at all the owner fault. They had a snow plow available and shovel for us to use so we cleared the paths just fine. Stunning view, every day, I could get used to waking up to that every day! Thank you for everything. Core memories were made here! 🤗

Spectacular holiday week

We found this place almost last minute and what a find. The property almost had too much too offer, between the hot tub, the sauna and the game room. Our only complaint is we want to come back with another family, but it only sleeps 4. The stuff they offered, most was not advertised, made our trip even more fun-ctional. From blankets for the firepit, snowshoes, to monogrammed robes for the HT and sauna. Our family (with 2 teen sons) highly recommends everything this property had to offer…which actually got them off of their phones, while enjoying game night and hot tubbing after skiing at Winter Park. Thanks!!

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved this lovely cabin in the mountains near St. Marys Glacier. It was very cold and blustery snowy outside and the cabin was cozy warm with use of the woodburning stove. The decor was perfect for a mountain cabin while also feeling modern. There were so many wonderful extras waiting for us as well, such as a bottle of wine, some beer, bottles of water, Keurig cups, cozy robes and slippers, snow shoes, outdoor blankets, games, etc. Everything was carefully thought out by the owners, including the booklets with all the information that could be needed or anticipated. We actually tripped a breaker and easily read the information packet and quickly located the breaker out back. Using the hot tub under the stars surrounded by snow was magical and the sauna was a fun treat and easy to use! This cabin is located in an area with other homes/cabins nearby but none obstructed our view and we felt like we were in complete solitude. It was wonderful ! The cabin sleeps 4 easily, however, we noticed a pull-out sofa in the living room can accommodate two more. I can't say enough good things about this cabin and our stay. We highly recommend it!

Perfect Mountain Escape

We had an amazing time at this lovely home. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices and condiments (a huge win for us as we cooked while there). The beds were very comfortable, the views are incredible and the amenities were all amazing. I felt like I was at a resort! The home feels secluded, but isn’t far from other cabins and the town, so easy to trek out for a day. No fence, so make sure your dogs are leashed. Before we even left, we were making plans to visit again! Great place for a romantic getaway or a cozy time with friends.

Best Cabin Trip EVER

After a crazy stay in the airport during Christmas, we were grateful to experience the holiday magic that led us safely to Mount Vista in spite of many travel woes. The pictures don't do the cabin and surrounding areas justice. Simply beautiful. From the coziness of the cabin, to the fireplace, to the hot tub, to the window views of snowy mountain peaks, to the plentiful amount of wood available to the rapid communication from the owner...all of it was appreciated. Manuals and directions were super helpful as well. Only complaint is there being dog hair found throughout the cabin that ended up stirring up some allergy issues with a guest (and at the very least hair that wouldn't get off our clothes). In spite of that...5 star experience!! Would highly recommend to any friend.

Just Perfect!

We had such a great time spending time with our family at this lovely cabin near St. Mary's Glacier. It was just so perfect! The cabin is so pretty inside with huge windows in the living room and master bedroom overlooking an incredible mountain view. There was tons of snow all around this cabin which we were hoping for coming from Georgia. The owner was so responsive and provided us with 4 sets of snowshoes, big robes and slippers for the hot tub and sauna, wine, snacks, beer, and coffees. We felt so pampered! The hot tub was awesome overlooking the mountain view and it was fun running back and forth between using it and the sauna. We used the snow shoes around the property and then took them to use at St. Mary's Glacier. So glad we did because the snow was deep. The woodburning stove kept the cabin so warm and cozy in the 5 degree temps. The kitchen had everything we needed including many condiments in the fridge. It was a long drive down to town so we stayed at the cabin and cooked all our meals. The beds are very comfortable with interesting sheets. Anyway, we loved everything about this gorgeous cabin.

What an amazing time

First time taking the kids up to the mountains did not disappoint! House is amazing with amazing views ! And comes FULLY LOADED. They care that went into the property is well shown. Next time I'll come with a more prepared vehicle 😅

Absolutely Amazing!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing views. Easy to find. Point of contact Adam was amazing he made sure the driveway was accessible from the drifting snow. It was by far the best cabin we have stayed at. It is fully stocked with everything you need and more. It was spotless from head to toe which is a must for us. They even left us complementary goodies!! Thank you for making our stay amazing and opening this cabin to us!!

The perfect home for a relaxing getaway

The house is gorgeous with comfortable beds and couches. Communication with the property manager was seamless. The location feels remote while being close enough to Idaho Springs for a grocery run.
