Sarasota Getaway

This is a spacious single dwelling home on large private lot surrounded by mature trees. This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath pool home in the Meadows backs up to the thirteenth green of the golf course. Tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped including stainless steel kitchen appliances and is very spacious for family meal preparation. There are six separate patio doors/openings to the lanai/pool area (#1 Master Bedroom, Living room, Dining Area, family room, #2 Master Bedroom, and Full Bathroom). It is within close proximity and convenient access to beaches (Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach), restaurants, entertainment, and various shopping centers (UTC Shopping Mall. Costco, Marshalls, Ross, TJ Maxx, Ellenton, etc) all within 5 -15 minutes away. This pool home is at a central starting point for many other activities.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was a great area for walking with all of the close by walking trails. It’s in a great location and close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The host was wonderful. We highly recommend this home.

Meadows Home

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our month stay. The landscaping and pool were beautiful. Location is great, minutes away from University Town Center mall and many other stores and several grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Home Away From Home

This is a very comfortable home with so many amenities! It’s in a convenient location to everything and a great neighborhood for walking.It is well stocked and very clean. Owner very accommodating. Will book again.

Wonderful stay

Amazing home! Beautifully decorated and still felt comfortable. Had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Never needed to contact the property manager as everything was perfect. The pool and hot tub was of course lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to wherever you need to go. We truly enjoyed our peaceful getaway and hope to return!

Great house with a very nice pool/spa. Spa had its own heater and controls. More space than we needed (4 bedrooms only 4 people) but very nice. A few small issues but nothing that hampered our stay. Would teccommend the house and owner. We hope to stay again soon.

Best vacation ever....again!

My favorite thing to do is to have nothing to do but relax, disconnect, unwind, and just be spontaneous. This venue facilitates all of that! All the comforts of home in a posh, expansive, spacious house with private pool, hot tub, and worry free experience start to finish. Tony is responsive and helpful for anything needed. Great place to stay

This was a beautiful home. It's close to A LOT of shopping and restaurants... and the beaches are just a few miles away. The house has all the beach toys and pool toys you could think of, also has coolers, a beach cart, beach chairs... anything you could need to go to the beach. The kitchen also has anything you would need to cook.. I love the layout of the house. It was great for our family of 7.. spoke with both Tony and Doug once or twice and they were super nice and if I had any issues, they tried to get them fixed right away. Great place!

Fantastic Spot for a Family Getaway

We LOVED our stay at The Meadows! Took advantage of remote jobs and school and stayed for a few weeks. It was fantastic. Spoiled us rotten. Spacious house, great beds, big windows to let in all the Florida sunshine, well-outfitted kitchen, a garage filled with all the things for the beach, and the screened-in POOL(s)! Tony, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. The location is fab too. Private but close to walking paths, stores and the best beaches. The kiddos loved it as well and have requested we only stay here when we visit. Totally on board with that. Thanks for letting us stay, Tony! Hope to visit again.

Best house ever!

This property was more than we expected. It was the perfect location for us. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the pool and just sitting on the patio. This is definitely a place we would stay in again.

A wonderful stay

We were very happy with the property. Listing was spot on and we were within 20 minutes of the airport, beaches, sports fields, shopping, and great restaurants. Would choose this property again should we return to Sarasota. Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and we truly enjoyed the Lenai. We had complete privacy from the golf course. Would definitely recommend for those looking in Sarasota/Bradenton!

Cozy home, convenient location

Loved everything about the home; the layout, the furniture, the pool area, as well as the location and the private setting. The long pull through driveway puts the home farther from the street. Again, we loved all aspects of this home and would certainly come back and stay.
