Great location (and shower)

This location was perfect for visiting some family in the area. The unit is on the smaller size, but the two of us were only really there to sleep so that wasn’t an issue. Good communication with the property manager ahead of time as well, which made check in easy. The highlight was probably the rainfall shower—amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood

I had a wonderful stay in the Meadows neighborhood! The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. The neighborhood has lots of walking trails and is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. 5 mins from UTC and a 20 min drive to downtown Sarasota shops/dining. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax or stay for work related purposes!

ouir stay in the Meadows

appliances were new. no problems except refrigerator was noisy when running. area was very nice. pool was across the street and car was required to get there, view was not what I expected. view was of a putting green and small pond. tv only streamed what was on the internet. no current tv shows. privacy from clubhouse would be impossible once clubhouse re-opens. currently closed due to hurricane damage to roof.

It was fine-did the job.

We booked this VRBO to be close to our family who was having a 90th birthday party for grandma. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the communication. I received check-in details only minutes before the actual check in "time". Normally from my experience I receive these at least 1 day ahead of time. Not only that, I texted the owner and emailed via VRBO multiple times and never received a response. I called the owner and the man that picked up was not very friendly at all. The coffee machine needs replacing as it was a knock-off Keurig maker, and literally got coffee grounds everywhere- it was a mess. After reading the directions twice on the washer/dryer combo- I ran the dryer twice and it still did not dry my clothes. Thankfully it was warm outside so I let them dry outside. Another thing was the shower- after about 15 minutes in the shower it got cold. Not sure if this happens when other people take showers in other adjacent condo's, but it was unsettling. My husband and I also woke up to either a weed whacker or a lawn mower at 5:30 on a Saturday morning. That isn't the owners fault, but the HOA should definitely change that ordinance. Finally- I never received any check out information regarding what to do with sheets, dishes, trash etc. and we were leaving around 4am the next morning. I did not see any welcome book regarding this information and didn't bother to ask.

I apologize the property did not meet your expectations. Constructive feedback is important and I appreciate notification on issues. For the safety of the guests and to make sure the cleaners have enough time to leave my property pristine for each visitor, I am unable to give the door access code prior to the check in time of 4:00 P.M. From time to time, if a guest does request an earlier check in, every attempt is made to accommodate them as much as possible. I am updating the check-in information on the web site so future guests know they will receive the code shortly before 4:00 pm on their arrival day. I have replaced the coffee maker and called a technician to service the washer dryer. The landscape maintenance crew for the property comes during the week and in the afternoon. It is possible the noise you heard was from the adjacent golf course. The property is typically very quiet all day, every day. Unfortunately, the water heater capacity will only allow for 15-20 minutes of continuous hot water use depending on the temperature. A welcome book with check-out procedures will be placed in the unit as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback and bringing to my attention things I can do to ensure our future guests have a five-star experience.

Pleasant area and stay

Enjoyed my stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and accomodating! I have family in southern Sarasota so this was a little out of the way from them, but I was happy with the whole set up. Plenty of close by parking, a quiet area with a nice walking trail and convenient to grocery stores.

A Lovely Villa!

This Impeccably clean, clutter-free, and beautifully decorated Villa is a very nice place to stay. A few standout features: -rainfall shower, plush towels & robes -immaculately clean kitchen outfitted with all the basics -peaceful neighborhood, nicely landscaped -shaded walking paths just out the door & across the street There's much to like about this property!

Meadows

The property was beautiful and excellently furnished for two people. Location would have been excellent had we been able to access all the amenities surrounding the property since the beach was so far away.

Thanks for staying with us. Guest at our property have access to two 18 hole golf courses, a putting green and driving range. It’s possible to get to Lido Beach in 15 minutes depending on the time of day. Had you wanted to stay closer to or on the beach the rates would have been three times higher than our villa.
