We just returned from our second stay at this wonderful property. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area make it our favorite rental in the area. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It has everything you could need from beach gear to extra towels! It is the perfect location, minutes from the beach! We hope to be back soon!

Palma Sola Retreat truly felt like heaven on Earth! The spacious home was filled with beautiful natural light, and keyless entry made coming and going effortless. As a coffee snob, I especially appreciated the French press—a little detail that made my mornings. The saltwater pool and hot tub were perfect for alternating between a hot soak and a cold plunge, and having a washer and dryer came to the rescue during our stay.The peaceful neighborhood was a delight, especially for morning or evening walks to Palma Sola Park. And with a Publix just a mile away, grocery runs were easy and convenient. Our flight arrival and departure times were odd, and left us with precious vacation time, wasted. James and Regan saved the day! They were able to accommodate our special requests. Everything came together for a relaxing getaway—we’d happily stay here again, and highly recommend it!

This place is a true retreat! We were so relaxed and enjoyed ourselves with the spectacular pool and spa where the kids and my in-laws could go out multiple times per day and swim. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed pool floats and beach accessories alike. All was very clean and ready for when we arrived. James and Regan are great hosts that would respond promptly when we had any questions. And the location is perfect whether headed down to see the manatees hanging in the Portosueno park or driving into Ana Maria Island for some beach fun, food, or fishing it was a quick trip! We highly recommend this place and hope to continue to come back many more vacations!

Perfect family vacation home

This was our second time staying here and everything was perfect as usual! Check-in was simple, house had everything you needed, close to beaches & shopping, the pool area was awesome, and the owners are very accommodating. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house met all expectations. The pool and hot tub area are amazing.

We loved the outdoor eating area and the well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were great at communicating. The accommodations are very comfortable as well. We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying here. So many extras to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of room to be comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and easy to cook in, hot tub outside was wonderful and we used it every night!

Highly recommend!! We stayed 7 wonderful nights at this beautiful home. Tons of special touches and feels right at home. My family of 6 will definitely be staying here again. From the pool and covered area to the extra beach towels, to the kitchen being fully stocked with everything you would need, plenty of room for my family, the beds where super comfortable, extra fans in every room, tons of beach chairs and canopy for the perfect beach days. The home and area were just PERFECT!!!! We loved every minute of our stay. The only issue we had was with the AC not cooling properly but after reaching out to the owners, they had an HVAC company there the very next day. James and Regan were the best hosts and so helpful during our stay!! Definitely, book you stay at this beautiful home and only around a 7 min. drive to the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Thank you so much James & Regan!!

Great venue, close to Bay, shops and vacation amenities. Pool great but a little chilly in December. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. House offered all facilities required for a relaxing vacation. Would certainly go back.

Summer rental house

Had a wonderful time using the house. Was very clean and provided all the space we needed for 7 people. Very close to the beach and restaurants, store, etc. in the area.

Best VRBO stay we have had

The property was amazing, clean, and the best stocked rental we have ever used. James and Reagan are amazing owners to work with. Location is perfect for beaches and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near AMI or Bradenton Beach.

Family Retreat

Family and grandkids. Great location and well equiped house perfect for a relaxing time and close and convenient to the beaches. Great little marina with manatee's just a few houses away.

Comfortable home for a family visit.

Three siblings and I stayed here for a few days in late April. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and outdoor dining area. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home.

Fun Family Getaway

This was the perfect location to accommodate our large group. This beautifully decorated house had all the amenities we needed to make the week enjoyable. The large outdoor dining room was perfect for family dinners and the whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming to the area for four years now and this was by far our best rental! Everything was super clean and the house was well stocked with anything you might need! We especially enjoy the pool and spa! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful!

Our family had an amazing time staying here- close to the beach, with a heated pool! We even walked down to the water and saw Manatees! Close to shopping and restaurants, I highly recommend this home and communication with the owner was fast and friendly.
