Enter the condo directly into the luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio.
It features a brown couch and an arm chair, a glass coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen was recently renovated and features a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle and cooking + eating utensils (there is no dishwasher and no oven).
The bar can seat 2 guests for meals or can be used as a work space.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, a desk with a chair and a large window.

★Bathroom:
The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

★Laundry:
The washer & dryer are located in a closet next to the kitchen.

★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the communal pool.

★Outdoor Space
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather. There are 2 outdoor chairs for your convenience.

★Parking:
You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport).

★Amenities:
Enjoy a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.

★Location:
Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) and NOT included in the booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
