Nicely Appointed Home with Lagoon Views!

Updates abound in this large home with private saltwater pool situated on Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! As you enter you'll be greeted by a sweeping open concept home with beautiful tile floors throughout. The kitchen is large and features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as an island with bar seating for three. You'll find the kitchen contains everything you'll need to meet your family's needs. The living room is well-decorated with beach-contemporary furniture, providing ample seating and a wall-mounted HDTV. The dining area comfortably seats six along with a breakfast nook which provides additional seating for four. Working while on vacation? Enjoy the comfort of a private office designed for those doing just that!

The first bedroom boasts a king bed, mounted HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a granite-topped double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, mounted HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful with a large custom-tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a king bed, mounted HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate sunken garden tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll enjoy a large screened-in porch with large seating area and a granite-topped outdoor bar and service area. Gorgeous, sweeping views of the 11-mile lagoon system! The beach is easily accessed by about a ten minute bike ride!

Pool heat is not available with this home.

It was conveniently located, beautifully appointed and decorated, clean and spacious. Our son is 2 and has special needs, and we were able to make this place comfortable for him during our stay. We hope to come back summer after summer!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property was nice but a little dated. Lots of room if you have a large family or multiple couples. The rental company will not heat the pool until the month of June which was very frustrating since it was still cool at night in May and the pool water was very cold. I sent multiple emails and never received any kind of response about the pool. Overall, the house and property was nice but part of the reason we rented this property was because of the pool and we couldn’t use it because the rental company will only heat it from June to August.

The area we stayed was tranquil and appealing to our vacation needs, The condition of the unit is beginning to show signs of repairs needed, such as the upstairs bathtub not holding water and the back door to the pool area inability to be properly secured. With very little force the door would open together. I reported the latter issue upon arrival.
