MAIN LIVING SPACE Gather in the open-concept, second-floor living area under soaring ceilings, where driftwood gray sofas invite you to lounge or watch TV. A round dining table for six sets up perfectly for game time and mealtime, and the fully stocked chef's kitchen offers stainless appliances, a six-burner gas range, and a huge prep island with stools for up to eight. A reading nook at the top of the stairs presents another place to lounge, or even utilize as a workspace, while a half bath serves this primary living space.
A gas grill on the rear balcony facilitates steak or burger night. Enjoy the rattan swing and chic outdoor seating while the grill master is at work. On the front balcony, also updated with beautiful outdoor seating, you can sip coffee or sunset cocktails as Gulf waves roll in just over the dunes.
Downstairs, a secondary living room with upscale seating and décor offers a dry bar with wine fridge for entertaining. It serves as an alternative space for larger groups and as a hang-out for everyone staying in downstairs bedrooms.

SLEEPING QUARTERS The first floor has three king suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and privacy. At the rear of the home, a bunk room offers two, twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bunk room also offers an ensuite bathroom. To accommodate extra overnight guests, the first-floor living room has a pull-out sofa, as well.
Upstairs, the primary suite, the striking canopy bed features a contemporary arch. Enjoy a private bath with super-sized shower featuring double shower head controls.
