On the gorgeous Cinnamon Shore development, you're just a short walk to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Enjoy beautiful Mustang island and the town of Port Aransas with your "Sol Mate" in this alluring condo in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's original Town Center! Youâll love it because of the location, the high ceilings, and the views. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets. Book this for your next getaway!
This condo is the perfect launching pad for your romantic couples getaway or your family Port A vacation! It's central location in the Cinnamon Shore development means that you're close to everything: walk to the beach, walk to Lisabella's, Dylan's, or Shore Cafe, walk to the pool, and play on the Great Lawn!
The condo was recently remodeled with an open living area and tons of natural light. The primary suite is gorgeous and super romantic with the luxurious king bed. We recently added a built-in bunk bed (twin over full) into the primary suite, which is perfect for the kids. The attached bathroom has a bidet and tucked away kids toilet seat.
There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom with cable as well. Stay in the vacation mood with the Sonos speaker in the kitchen/dining area. There is a washer and dryer to quickly dry your swimsuit and towels after a great day at the beach and pool.
There is also a balcony with french door access from the living room.
The house fits 5 people comfortably with 2 in the primary bedroom (king bed), 2 in the bottom bunk (full), and 1 in the top bunk (twin). We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room (queen size sofa bed).
In addition to the balcony with a peek-a-boo view of Lake Colby, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's (heated), Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Shore Cafe), three restaurants (Lisabella's, Dylans, and Coastline Grill), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website.
