OCEAN FRONT!! This very well maintained four bedroom, four and a half bath duplex ( A unit = south side) is the perfect vacation home. Unit features 4 levels. Ground floor: Small garage, 2nd floor: 2 suites, 1 deck, 3rd floor: open concept kitchen, dining, living area, powder room and deck. 4th floor: 2 suites, 1 deck. South of Maryland ST.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals *THIS RENTAL ONLY: CHECK-OUT 9AM and CHECK-IN 12PM.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $235
-Bedding: King, Queen, King, 2 twins, LR: Queen sleep sofa (sleeps 10)

Perfect Location

This property met all of our needs. Each room had its own private bath. There were 6 of us and we were never crowded. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of plates etc. Everything we in perfect working order. We hope to return.

Time at the beach

Nice place overall. It says beach access but you do have to walk a short block to the beach access trail. Bring soap, toilet paper, hand towels, etc.

Nice property and location

We enjoyed our week at 289A. The property was freshly renovated and had all the conveniences one would expect. The location is also perfect for families with easy access to a quiet beach. The property owner/maintenance presence was slightly overbearing especially at checkout with them loitering outside while we packed up. Perhaps only because the units were newly outfitted and there was an eagerness to check on working condition. Otherwise a pleasant time and would stay again!

Clean, well maintained home steps from beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice and clean and had a good layout. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent, only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from many restaurants, Bethany, and Ocean City. We would stay here again. Property management company was very responsive to inquiries before and during the trip. The only thing I would change is I wish they had keyless entry via keypad. We had to pick up and drop off the keys at the property management office which added an unnecessary 30 mins to each leg of our trip.

Old friends and family, good food and the ocean is always a good thing.

Ideal in Every Way

Wilgus was able to work with the owner and adjust check in/out day (October stay) which was huge for us! The house is very clean, well kept, new mattresses, location is ideal for visits north to Lewes/ Rehoboth/ Bethany as well as south to OCMD. The house layout was perfect for our family, we had 4 generations, so young parents/ kids on the top floor and grandparents x2 on the second floor, meeting iin the middle. We will absolutely look to rebook with this owner! Highly recommend!

Nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean and did not have all the unnecessary nicnacs you sometimes find at rentals. We didn’t have to worry our 2 year old would break something. House was cool upon arrival. Kitchen also was NOT cluttered so we had use of cupboards. Although we only used two bedrooms it’s very nice they offer 2 king beds so couples don’t have to fight Over the ‘good’ room. Only few complaints were the couches are crapy. They have wooden boards under them to try and make them better but we needed to put comforters under them to give support. Although we have found nearly every rental has ****** couches so it sorta seems to be a common thing. Shower heads unfortunately were disgusting and should be changed or cleaned and no hd box so watching tv was not great. Luckily we brought a chrome cast so we could stream. But the location and view were both great. I’m sure we’ll rent again and just bring stuff to scrub the shower heads. Overall among the nicer places we have found in Fenwick,

Wonderful ocean front location!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed here 3 years straight. WE LOVE THE LOCATION! The check in/out times are perfect. Bedrooms are comfy, dining room table large enough for 8 people and Kitchen has good supplies. The things that we would change is the deck chairs are not very sturdy and we were not able to sit outside at the table to eat. The sofa with the bed is showing wear (sinking) also the living room wicker chairs, not very sturdy. Overall, we do enjoy vacationing here!

Wonderful Week in Fenwick

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location just a short walk from the beach with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from levels 2 and 3. Only a short walk from great food, dessert, and miniature golf in the heart of Fenwick Island. Plenty of room for 4 families to have dinner and play party games. Love the small backyard by the dunes for barbecue (the grill worked great) and yard games. The only problem is parking. Only 3 spots including the tight garage.

Especially liked each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. Plenty of living area and large dining room table to seat all. The view of the sunrise is spectacular!!

A Wonderful Getaway With Family

Great vacation rental

We have stayed in many ocean front rentals in Fenwick and also used to own an oceanside condo ourselves in Fenwick, and I can say how well maintained this home is and how much space it provides. There are wonderful ocean views and all appliances work great. Mattresses seem like new and were super comfortable (also a rarity for a rental!) It's also great to have a 4 bedroom ocean front with en suites for every room. The owners are wonderful and really take great care of this property. There is even a beautifully manicured front lawn area with some very nice landcaping (super rare at the beach) for kids to play or for some bocce. Lastly, its located on a great block of Fenwick and an easy to walk to so many things.

Fenwick Island Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The beach was so easily accessible, although our legs got a work out in the sand! We had professional photos done and the dune/beach area in our backyard was the perfect backdrop😊. We enjoyed watching several foxes who inhabited the dune area, and even dug a den on the property. We watched mourning doves nest and hatch on the deck. We saw dolphins the first few days we were there.The townhome was perfect for our family number, and well appointed. We got a workout on the steps, though. Loved the convenience to shopping and activities.
