We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our party of 9 including four teenagers and my 86 year old mother. Each bedroom having its own bathroom makes it private and comfortable for big parties. The pool was fantastic and a great change-up from the beach. The house was in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, beach and Fenwick boardwalk for mini golf, go-carts and ice cream. The house was well stocked with all the necessary amenities to enjoy staying in and cooking or lounging by the pool. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the openness of the first floor yet also having enough privacy for each individual/couple with separate bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cook and bakeware. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk (convenient crosswalk across the highway) and they provided parking passes and beach gear if needed. We loved having the option to cool off in the pool or take a kayaking adventure or even easily walk to the local restaurants and stores. Thank you, Chris and Reneé, for allowing us to make many family memories in your home and for being pleasant hosts!

The hosts have provided a beautifully decorated home that is clean and well maintained. The hosts were very attentive to an issue with the pool caused by the intense heat during the week. The hosts are very personable and kind people. It was greatly appreicated that two parking passes were provided and that there was access to boogie boards that our grandschildren enjoyed. The canal fascinated our grandchildren who tried their best to snag a few crabs and even some tiny bait fish, too.

Premium in Fenwick

This was the second year we stayed in this beautiful home in Fenwick Island. It’s five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, easily accommodated our gathering of 7. The easy walking distance to the beach was great, as was its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great for refreshing after a day on ge beach.

Annual family vacation

We had a family of twelve and the house did an awesome job of accommodating all of us comfortably. It was beautifully decorated and very inviting and warm:)… The heated pool was a hit with my mom ( 81 y/o) and the 6 teenagers and 2 tweens. The location of house was a short walk to beach which was super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay and would absolutely recommend this place .
