Fur babies friendly

We enjoyed how peaceful and pet friendly it was. It was close to get to stuff. It was a nice place for all of us. Loved that it was pet friendly because that's why we booked it. We really enjoyed it!!

We loved the house and the location. We would definitely stay here again. More towels, cleaner floors and chemicals in the hot tub would be good but we still really enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for us to be together and enjoy each others company. The driveway was an issue for some, but we managed. The kitchen was big enough to cook for a big family.

Not the greatest stay

We had trouble finding the door lock to get into the house. As I was walking around trying to find the door to get in, I fell through the deck and scratch my leg up. The first night we were there, we slept in a bedroom downstairs and the bed broke in the middle and out toilet in the bathroom was leaking. We could not get the dish washer to work. Other than that it was fine.

Such a nice big house

We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish the rainy weather was not w us. That said, we enjoyed the house, the arcade games, pool table and the porches. Our bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice for cooking our meals. We did get an early fire in the fire pit before the rain started at noon. We will definitely keep this on our stay list if we meet up in Sevierville again. We even talked about bringing some family w us next time. It was just 4 adults meeting up half way in between.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

This property was a half-way point for two couple friends to meet and this home offered us a memorable stay! The kitchen was well stocked for us to have home-cooked meals. We loved having morning coffee on the upper deck and relaxing in the hot tub by the evening. The house could use a light refresh in upkeep, but nothing to impede on our experience. We appreciated that we could bring our pups too. The location had plenty to explore within a short-drive. The driveway is steep and rutted as others mentioned, but easily manageable in our AWD SUVs. This is a beautiful property and was a great size for our family vacation with 11 people (children and adults). The house was clean and close to major attractions. The porches were my favorite spot - so quiet and a beautiful view. My grandchildren loved the game room and the pool table. This is a good choice for large families with no mobility issues.There was an issue with a bed on the main level which I'm sure would have been corrected if I had made the time to report it to management, but my husband found supplies in the garage to fix a broken board which caused the mattress to sag into the middle. After the repair it slept nicely. Even though there are two bedrooms on the main level, the kitchen and laundry room are not on the main level so if you have family members with mobility issues keep this in mind.

Sevierville Wedding

Our rental was perfect for our family! It was spacious enough for 11 of us. The location was within 10 minutes of restaurants, food, bars, etc. When we arrived the internet information that was provided was not correct and I was able to correspond with the owners within 20 minutes of our arrival and it was corrected. Beware of the ruts from the water feed-off on the driveway and the hot tub could use some addition cleaning. But, all in all We will definitely stay here again!

It was ok! It could've been better. The. House do have an insect problem and the dryer took alot of time to dry clothes. The wifi in the master bedroom kept getting knock off and the remote that was in the bedroom didn't work,but the remote in the living room work for the bedroom. Also could have had enough sheet and blankets for the pull out couches. Also think about paving the driveway.Im glad it didn't rain while we was out because we would have had a hard time getting up that hill.

I really pet friendly

House is beautiful and has great views. The house has all of the amenities needed for a great stay for family and friends more then enough room for our stay. Our only concern was the cleanliness we found long dog hair all over the house which in return caused the five year old in our group to have multiple asthma attics and our 15 year old ended up with a sinus infection. All of us suffer from allergies but as soon as we were in the house for more then 5 minutes we all started sneezing and coughing. This was our third trip to the area and the first time we left two days early because of the conditions of the home we were staying in. If they can clean the house better and fix the dog hair issue it would be a great place to stay.

Family get together

The house is beautiful and offers amazing views! There were a few downsides however - all towels we had left for us were stained; the hot tub was not clean, the house was not that clean altogether. We were not able to use the grill as it was dirty and had water sitting in it. House managers were quick to respond to all our concerns, however I was expecting to enjoy my stay not constantly nag and complain about all things that are wrong. The deck offers magnificent views or sunrise and there is plenty of space for everyone to be together or apart. finally - house desperately needs more blankets as all beds only have a sheet and a decorative thin cover on them.

House was filthy nothing worked

Number I was giving was the old owner. Nothing Vrbo said was true about this house, House was disgusting hot tub. Water was slimy no chlorine, low water full of sand and dirt outdoor hose. Spicket were taped up. Outdoor grill rotted out igniter did not work toilets would not flush house was filthy when we got there full of dog hair. Drive way was completely washed out and the dishes in the cupboard were absolutely disgusting

The house is nice and locations is great. We arrived to a very dirty house. Cobwebs , mold on shower curtains and absolutely filthy sheets and pillows. We had to wash everything as there were hairs on the sheets and it looked like beds were not washed. I contacted the property manager , she sent someone with new pillows and shower curtain. The floors were sticky , the washing mashing was full of old molded towels that wee just left there. After contacting the person , they were arguing with me that the house was cleaned despite the pics I sent. She was rajer to just give me refund and tell me I can go. That is not the way to handle guests we came for a vacation with our families and we had everything planned and paid for we expect the property to be CLEAN . I would like to receive some kind of compensation for ruining our experience. I have used vrvbo for years and paid less for the houses and they were always spotless. Please make sure that this issue is addressed. I believe I should receive a refund from f some kind to handle this disappointing situation. Thank you.

Don’t rent this property

We have a few concerns on the cabin we are renting. There are no instructions in the cabin for the Wi-Fi unless we as in seven people have completely overlooked them. Two of the arcade machines don’t work. The water stands in the showers and doesn’t drain fast enough. The cabin has not been cleaned as there are cob webs and food on the table and pet food on/under the couch cushions. There is blood on the door leading to the garage. There is dog poop let all over the property outside. Animal poop in the house. The hot tub is unusable as the water smells moldy and there’s no chlorine in the hot tub. The sink in the kitchen has a smell as well. The extra blankets smell like moldy mildew. The driveway is ruddied out after the storm two weeks ago. We have picture's to send if needed about all the items mentioned.
