The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in comfort - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Pull up to the dining table for a leisurely breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a long day in the city.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each outfitted with bed linens, hangers, and storage space for settling in properly. Two bathrooms serve the home - one complete with a bathtub - and bathroom essentials are stocked and ready on arrival.
 
Outdoor living
The private backyard garden is a calm, shaded escape at any hour. The covered front porch extends your living space outdoors, giving you a spot to sit, slow down, and take in the neighborhood. Beach essentials are on hand for days when you want to head to the coast.
 
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable across every season. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage, and self check-in via keypad means a flexible, stress-free arrival. The home has a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to two vehicles.

Tucked into St. Augustine's historic district, you're within easy walking distance of Flagler College, local dining, independent shops, and the city's most storied landmarks. The Old City is practically at your doorstep - everything this remarkable destination has to offer is just a short stroll away.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
