Beautiful historic 1400 Sq ft home in the middle of historic St Augustine. Walking distance from bars and restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. 10 minutes drive to beach (we recommend Vilano Beach!). Fast WiFi. Work from our Home:)

1 bedroom with queen size, 1 bedroom with double and twin bed, and 1 study with twin bed. Large dining room and separate living room. 2 bathrooms. Nice private backyard.

Home was built in 1905 and is fully and tastefully renovated with original wood floors all through. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. House fully furnished, modern appliances and kitchen fully loaded if you want to cook at home to take a break from the great restaurant options in walking distance.

Ideal for romantic couple getaway, or family vacation. Owner wants to keep occupancy to maximum 6. Fast WiFi ideal for streaming or working from home.

The house was perfect! It is in a great location. Very short walk to the plaza but the street is nice and quiet. The house was so clean and EXACTLY what was listed. The host was responsive and even had a sweet little Christmas tree up. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Excellent location. Made it easy to walk to George street and Trolley tour of lights. We enjoy playing games at night and they have a nice size dining room table. Restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The place was awesome and in a great spot. It was super clean and had everything we needed, including a Christmas tree. I stayed with my wife and son to check out the Christmas lights, and we were able to walk right to them. I also loved the leg lamp—especially since it’s from my favorite Christmas movie. The owners were quick to respond whenever I had a question. The place was incredible, and I honestly can’t say a bad thing about it. I highly recommend staying here.

The place was lovely. We had 5 guests so the accomodations were great. Everyone was comfortable. The outback patio was nice. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Overall we loved it. Great communication when I had questions. Great experience for my first time using VRBO.

I loved our stay. The property is charming and inviting. It is a great location. I broke my ankle second day of my vacation. I needed to stay indoors for 7 days. If one must be housebound, this is a great place to meet that need. Owners are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!! Great location with an excellent proximity to local restaurants and entertainment! We walked to everything! Fully stocked kitchen. The host was amazing too, they were easily and readily available for anything we may have needed. We are already planning our next trip!!!

Clean and comfy-and so convenient!

This is a fantastic property for exploring the St. Augustine area. It is within walking distance of all the history, including the hop on/off tram. But it’s also close enough to the edge of the district to exit it without hassle. It’s a beautiful home and well appointed. The large bath is shared between rooms so we figured out a routine. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit the area.

Almost like home

This property is AT MINIMUM exactly as described. The home is well cared for, clean, and in a quiet location within close distance to almost everything. No tacky, cheap furniture, good laundry appliances and a nice grill. A place to relax and enjoy. We loved it!

Pleasant Stay - wonderful location

Loved the recliner chairs, uncommon for rentals. Made it feel like home. Well equipped home for everything needed for our stay. Laundry was greatly appreciated. Good communication with host we had no issues with the host. Recommend for a great location in St. Aug.

Fantastic Charming Home

This is a fantastic charming home in a nice area of St Augustine. It is a perfect location to walk and enjoy the festive atmosphere during the December holiday season. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the host was prompt and informative. Thank you. Perfect Christmas Stay

Super clean, extremely comfortable house. We were two couples who travel every other Christmas. The house was beautiful inside. Beds were comfortable. We easily cooked Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, cutting boards etc). They had a decorated tree and a Leg Lamp in the window! Easy walk to Old City & many awesome dining options, shops etc. I’d like to stay again in the future for sure.

Amazing get away


The house is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. Beds are soooo comfortable. House was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Inside and backyard areas. Host communication was excellent. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our best VRBO experience

We’ve stayed in VRBOs for years, and this might be the very best experience we’ve had. The property is immaculate and extremely well located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of everything you might want to see or do in St Augustine. Lots of space and sleeping options, great kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We stayed for Christmas Nights of Lights, and there was a tree in the house with lights waiting for us, along with a leg lamp in the window. Original art on the walls and high quality furniture. Nice back yard. Can’t say enough about the stay and property!
