This home is as advertised. It is conveniently located and has all the comforts that are needed to make the stay enjoyable. Huge TV in the living room is great for watching sports at the end of a ski day!

Convenient location near shuttle. Place as described. Extremely strong smell (disinfectant but not bleach smell) that was always present even after 5 days. Some renovations going on with fireplace.

Great Condo near Vail Mountain

This was a great condo to use as a resting spot after long days out on the mountain. There is a bus that is easy to get to that drops right by a lift for Vail mountain. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of the day and underground parking was excellent for snowy days. The apartment had more cooking and eating supplies than most and there was plenty of space in the unit for two of us.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as shown in the photos. The wifi was great but there was only one spot in the condo with cell phone reception. I also tried to reach out to the property manager with a question and the cell phone number listed was incomplete.

Great Property for the Price

A very clean, very comfortable property. A bit out of town but in line with the non Vail Village pricing. Convenient garage parking made getting around easy. I would stay there again.

Nice apartment

We had a really nice time, and the property was pretty much as described. There are a few things I would like to suggest to the owner: there is a Britta water filter that is broken, the light over the bathtub comes on and off sporadically, the sliding door to the bathroom is squeaky, there is no separate shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Finally, there were several lamps that each needed to be turned on individually, and some of them had broken shades. In writing this, I am trying to provide feedback for the owner who may not realize some of these things. As a landlord myself, I am hoping this is constructive and helpful feedback!

Perfect location, great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo in the Fallridge complex. The location couldn't be more perfect to get to the Vail Golf Club. The views are spectacular from this condo and it was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to spend a weekend.

This was a very lovely place to spend a weekend and I would return. Situated next to golf course and biking distance to the amphitheater or Vail village. Nice quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable bed and overall a clean unit and very pleasant and relaxing. Within the unit itself, everything was just as we hoped for and expected. The only down sides that I will mention: Hot tub (advertised in listing title!) was out of order, and the pool was sadly closed (this may have been seasonal, we were there in Sept, but it was warm and we did notice many other properties still had their pools open). Despite this, we still had a great time here and would return, but I would definitely check next time in advance about the pool and hot tub.

Overall a good experience

The unit was in good condition and was a great place to stay. Parts of the unit were pretty dusty though and the fireplace was out of service and blocked off.

Great condo for our skiing trip!

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean and quiet. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is stocked for full dinner/breakfast preps. Loved the “truffle” touch. We’d stay here again in the future.
