The Swell Suite at Killington is a luxurious, newly remodeled second floor condo located just down the main road from Killington Resort. Gut renovated in 2021 with high-end finishes, the main suite features a fully equipped open kitchen with island, dining table, living room, bathroom and balcony. In the winter, relax by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes and catch your favorite streaming shows. In the summer, relax outside on the balcony or kick up the AC and chill out inside. The primary bedroom is just off the main suite and features two queen beds, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have heated floors and showers with rainfall shower heads and handheld shower head. There is a shared washer and dryer in the entryway. This is the ideal place to enjoy all that Killington has to offer, no matter the season.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Washer and dryer in the entryway are shared with one other condo.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
