Fantastic Location in Pico Ski Resort. Steps to to the lift!

It's hard to find a condo closer to the slopes than this one, since it's located directly in front of the Pico Ski lodge. You can put on your ski boots from your couch, ride the elevator down to your ski locker, then take a short walk to the chairlift. You'll be skiing in about 10 minutes! You can also shred Killington's other mountains by taking the free shuttle, which stops directly in front of this unit every hour. The new owners (as of December 2025) are remodeling and have already installed a new sleeper sofa, two new sleeper chairs, four new leather, swivel bar stools with lumbar support, and a brand new refrigerator. The memory foam queen mattress is also new - and super comfy! If you're a clean freak, you'll love this place. The owners are a bit germophobic and insist on throughly cleaning the condo themselves after every use. You won't find dust bunnies here! Also, as frequent VRBO guests themselves, they know what it's like to spend their vacation in a disappointing home. You won't find old, flaking, cookware here, but you will find plenty of shelf space in the bathroom for your toiletries and a large pantry in the kitchen for your groceries. Your stay also includes free internet and cable tv. Although the Pico Fitness Center is located on the property, please note that it's not part of the Condo Association. Guests may purchase day passes for a small fee, but should note that the fitness center pool is a lane/lap pool and there is no "open swim" available.
