SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, one guest room offers a king-size bed and in-suite bathroom. Two bunk rooms, each with their own baths, accommodate kids and guests alike. One has two sets of twin bunk beds, and the other one, with a sunny wall of windows, has a twin over queen with a twin trundle. A seating area on this level includes a twin daybed, as well.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features soaring ceilings and shiplap that wraps the room in coastal style. The rattan king-size bed makes a grand centerpiece, and you can relax on a private balcony with Adirondacks. The luxury primary bath features his-and-her vanities and spacious walk-in shower.

Beachful Easy Feeling is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beachful Easy Feeling the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
