Great stay in St George, Utah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in perfect condition and lacked nothing. As a rental property owner I know how difficult it is to keep the property in excellent condition. Rentals tend to get beat up. This home showed no signs of having been used as a rental. My complements to the owners. We may be back same time next year and if so, will ask for the same home. Only thing we were unsure of was the gas firepit on upstairs rear deck. I thought perhaps the gas is only turned on certain times of the year. In any case, we couldn't turn it on. Perhaps we were not doing it right. Don't know that we would have had time to use it anyway so it was not an issue. This property is first class all the 2ay and we hope to return.

Had a wonderful time in Saint George and surrounding area. Location of property was excellent for hiking, sightseeing, and taking in shows at Tuachan. Property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable.

Clean, comfy atmosphere the extras (herbs & spices) in the pantry and platers/dishes, bbq for a family dinner of 10 were ideal Good location, easy access to and from Highway and hikes Great place to runaway for a weekend

This house is ideal! I am picky about furnishings and comfort and this house nailed both. It is calm, relaxing, super spacious and incredibly well thought out. Fully stocked with necessities and even an extra toothbrush (which my hubby forgot). The Ledges is out of the way which we loved, but also accessible to amenities. Pickleball and pool were great as well. We will back for sure. Well done!

Spring break getaway

Great property for relaxing with family. Close to Snow Canyon for hiking. Beautiful views. Warm swimming pools, which was nice as the weather was unseasonably cold.

Best Short Term Rental

We had a wonderful time! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was available. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed playing video games provided in thearea.upstairs.

Nearly new property still smells like a fresh build. All the amenities a weary traveler needs for home-away-from-home feel. We already booked our second visit to this unit.

Great Stay!

Went to St. George with 9 others for a golf trip. Home was as advertised and on great condition. My wife made sure I commented on the fact that the house was well stocked with quality supplies.

Exceptional Home at the Ledges

Great layout. Very clean and well appointed. Have been staying at the Ledges for 5 years and have never been disappointed. This one was one of our favorites. The Ledges check in and property management experience is also top notch.
