You will thoroughly enjoy using the property's kayaks and paddleboard with PFD's right from your back yard, or trips to the sandy saltwater beach of Crow's Pond just a short walk away via deeded path. Located on a cul-de-sac in a beautiful North Chatham neighborhood (one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Chatham), this is a great spot for biking and walking. The house offers 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) with 3.5 baths. On the left side of the house on the first floor there is a master bedroom with King bed, television, walk in closet and private bath with walk in shower. This bedroom has direct access to back yard area and water views. A short distance away from this bedroom is a stairway to the second floor. At the top of the stairway there is Family Room/ Bedroom with comfortable sofa and 75" television along with a King bed. This bedroom has access to a bath with tub and shower located at foot of the stairway. On the right side of the house there is another stairway to the second floor. There are two bedrooms at the top of the stairway. Each bedroom has a Queen and a Twin Bed and a television. These bedrooms share a bath in the hallway between them.

Property offers central air conditioning, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill with outdoor dining area and new outdoor furniture on an inviting patio. Property has spacious kitchen with open floorplan connecting to the living room in addition to the den/family room, which offers extra living space. A large office is available if you can't leave work behind. Additional amenities include Sonos sound system throughout the home, gigabit wifi, and a kitchen stocked with cookware. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
