La maison principale a 3 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain. Plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour un grand groupe. Appartement a une cuisine complète, salon et 1 1/2 salles de bains. A également un lit escamotable pour une personne supplémentaire à dormir. La piscine et le foyer en font des vacances inoubliables. La cour va au-delà de la piscine pour des jeux et du plaisir. Nous recherchons des personnes qui traiteront cette maison comme si elle était la leur. Juste un court trajet en voiture de la ville et des plages.

Amazing stay at a beautiful property, even better than expected

The house was perfect! There was so much room for the entire group, all the spaces were so clean and comfortable, and the pool and whole outdoor space were perfect for our group. We loved the location and it was a super easy drive to town, beach, and activities.

We loved the house and location and would definitely stay here again! The check in process was very easy. We had requested an earlier check in time due to the ages of my parents (87 and 90) and we were able to get in an hour early which was very helpful! We found that we needed to run all the silverware, some dishes and other cooking utensils thru the dishwasher before using; some were dirty as we took them out to be used. Some of the drawers in the kitchen were dirty so we cleaned those before putting things back in. Be informed that there is no table to eat at in the separate "apartment." There was a desk with a chair so, until my mom made us aware, she was standing to eat her breakfast each morning while my dad sat- we found a chair in the garage and brought it in for the rest of the week; problem solved. Also be advised there is not a closet in the one upstairs bedroom in case that is important to you. There was a tv in the downstairs bedroom but no remote. The pool was amazing; we used it every day! The outdoor table and legs of the chairs were quite dirty but easily cleaned with Clorox wipes. The grounds were beautiful! Each morning a turkey and her two chicks wandered by. The sun porch was one of my favorite parts of the house-after opening a few windows each evening there was a nice breeze; it was a very relaxing space to hang out in. The location of the house was perfect-so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go! We hope to be back in the future!! Thanks!

Beautiful home and property!

What a great spot! The owner was very responsive before our stay and the house was perfect and spacious with an awesome backyard. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing property for a girl’s weekend!

My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay at this property. We were able to hang out by the pool and fire and just relax. The owner was very kind and informative in her communications with us. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

Christine was an excellent host! She was easy to get ahold of, and answered our questions. The house was beautiful, super spacious and would be great for two families staying with the guest house setup. The pool was our favorite, such a nice set up and perfect location in Chatham for our girls weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful House and Pool

The house was just great. Comfortably decorated. Enough dishes and kitchen utensils to make family meals. Very clean. Lots of towels, pool toys and games. Would highly recommend this. Property.

Cozy getaway on the Cape - Perfect for a group!

The perfect house to enjoy my bachelorette weekend! The pool/yard area is by far the best feature but we also loved how private the house felt and how clean everything was. There were very minor maintenance things (e.g., stove in main house wasn't working) but nothing that wasn't communicated in the days leading up to our stay. Christine was wonderful and I'd absolutely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

This home was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded yet just a short drive from the beach and downtown. My only regret was not staying longer! The hosts were great and very accommodating- they even provided a booklet of all the information you could possible need to know (hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, information pertaining to the home, etc.). I would definitely love to return.

THE POOL!!

Pool was awesome! A couple of glitchy things with AC (glad it wasn't a super HOT week) and smoke detector, however owners were helpful and very responsive.

Quiet quaint location

Property in quiet location close to town, shopping, restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out for larger group. Pool a great place to enjoy on a warm day. Owner was nice enough to let us get in early after arriving from a long day of travel.

Chatham Oasis

This property exceeded expectations! The home and yard are beautiful and the property owner was responsive and easy to work with. There is plenty of space in the main house and a separate apartment attached to the house with a fully functional kitchen and living room. The back yard is a paradise with a beautiful, clean pool, gas fire pit, gas grill, beautiful landscaping, outside shower and plenty of seating. We spent more time at the house and less at the beach than expected because it was so comfortable and enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Great House

Everything is as advertised. I’d actually say the pictures don’t do it justice as the house is nicer and living spaces larger than the pics. The house has everything and plenty if space. The apt is connected indoors via the garage so great place for another couple or family if you want privacy. The pool is AMAZING and warm!

spacious and had everything you needed

I rented for a weekend getaway. The heated pool and gas fire was a huge bonus! We went to a nearby beach after check out but if your not a beach person then lounging by the pool was the best. The house had everything you needed in terms of cooking big meals. Lots of seating inside and outside. Very clean throughout the house, bathroom too. Beds were comfortable. The only caveat was that the pictures didn't show how close their neighbors were. Christine was very nice and responsive. I would rent again.
