Maison neuve sur le marché locatif pour 2019. À presque 3000 pieds. C'est une très grande maison avec vue sur l'eau de chaque pièce. 5 minutes de South Village et West Dennis Beach

Toute la maison a été rénovée en 2017.

Swan River est très populaire pour les kayakistes et les SUP. Il y a un magasin de location en haut de la rue où vous pouvez obtenir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée ou même une semaine. Il y a quelques îles où vous pouvez naviguer et profiter d'un bon pique-nique. Si vous vous en allez dans le sens contraire, cela vous mènera à l'océan. J'ai inclus une vidéo du site Web de la location de kayak afin que vous puissiez voir à quoi ressemble la rivière Swan.

Le porche principal de niveau inférieur est extrêmement vaste et comprend une table de salle à manger extérieure Restoration Hardware étendue pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Un barbecue à gaz est disponible. Cette zone comprendra également des sièges sectionnels et basculants du Pier One autour d’un tout nouveau foyer au propane. Un tout nouveau spa surplombe l’eau avec des sièges pour 6 et une chaise longue pour un massage complet du corps. Salle de séjour 1: ouverte sur la cuisine avec une grande section pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces avec 70 chaînes Plus, Youtube TV, Netflix et Amazon Prime Video disponibles.

Salon 2: Une autre section et des sièges supplémentaires pour 6. Un téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces accroché au-dessus de la cheminée sur un mur nouvellement installé. Les sélections de visionnage incluent également 70 chaînes Plus, Youtube TV, Netflix et Amazon Prime Video disponibles. Ce grand salon comprend également une toute nouvelle table de billard, un baby-foot et un dessus de table de ping-pong.

Chambre à coucher principale: Promenez-vous sur le porche avec vue sur la rivière Swan depuis votre chambre. Lit California King. Smart TV avec 70 chaînes Plus, Youtube TV, Netflix et Amazon Prime Video disponibles. Blackout nuances pour une nuit de repos paisible.

Such a good house for entertaining!!

Went as a bachelorette group- such a great house for entertaining but spreading out for sleep and quiet time. Plenty of bathrooms and very clean. Easy communication with owner. This has nothing to do with the homeowner but be sure to close your mirrors on your car because the black and red bird is relentless with its reflection!!

Spacious and Cozy Rental with Responsive Host

Great property for a larger family or group of friends with plenty of beds and places for lounging and eating. The back deck is a great hang out spot and the beds were all very comfortable. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay - a fire alarm was discovered inside of a wall after it had been going off for a few hours, a plumber how to come out for a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen, and the lamp on the deck appeared to be broken/unusable. That being said, the host was very responsive and addressed the issues promptly. In general, the house could use a little love/updating, but my family and I had a great time here.

We did want to clarify for future guests that the plumbing issue during this stay was caused by the guest, which led to a temporary leak into the kitchen below. Since then, we’ve had the plumbing fully repaired and also replaced the affected sheetrock to ensure everything is in perfect working order. We also appreciate you noting the deck lamp and other details — we’ve addressed those as well as part of our ongoing updates to the property. Amazing Stay!

I stayed at the Swan River House for NYE of 2024! It was a wonderful experience for me and my friends. We had a blast with the foosball and billiards table and using the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size. The host was responsive and consistently checking in online to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property

We loved our week at Swan River house. The house was very clean, well stocked and a lot of fun for all ages. We were super happy with communication - there was some planks missing at the end of the dock which we communicated to the property manger which made us nervous given we had kids and they fixed them immediately. We will be returning!

Great stay great host and great views

No complaints and would recommend the bed room images are a little confusing but in person it wasn’t bad. There is a double sofa bed that is its own room that’s listed as a 2 twin size beds and a sofa couch in the master bed room. That’s what gave me a little hard time understanding the photos, but outside of that lovely stay hot tub works great and have no complaints.

Excellent Family House on the Cape

The Swan River House was exactly as described and made for an excellent family getaway on the Cape. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 10 (five adults and five kids aged 10-17), with plenty of bedroom space. The deck was a perfect gathering spot for meals, and the space heater and fire pit added a cozy touch. The backyard, which included a dock, was ideal for our dogs. Although the hot tub water wasn’t in great condition upon arrival due to the previous guests, the issue was promptly addressed. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our meal preparations, and the pool table and foosball games were a delightful bonus.

I will say that Jim, the owner and property manager, was very responsive when there were concerns. There were several and some just couldn't be dealt with immediately, but he did his best. My 1st piece of advice for renters would be to look past the outside of the house when you pull up because it is not pretty. The inside is spacious and has plenty of towels to get you through the week. The updated kitchen is very pretty, albeit disorganized. The dining room table does not have a light over it and that was inconvenient when the adults wanted to eat later in the evening. Not major but the placement of light fixtures was just weird. The deck was amazing both in the daytime and evening. The fire pit added so much ambiance and some of us used the hot tub. The outdoor shower was spacious and lovely too. I was taken back by the fact that there were still dried out leaves from last Fall and Winter around the edges of the deck though. Generally htere was a lack of attention to detail at this house. I will just list some other observations that I have already shared with Jim: -leaky washing machine -lack of dressers in some bedrooms -front storm door slams loudly but doesn't latch shut -refrigerator and dishwasher are very poor quality; no ice maker or water dispenser, dishwasher racks did not slide in and out well The owner obviously put a lot of money into this house but it appears that some of the work was done in a rushed and low quality manner. The website photos were very nicely staged. They really draw you in. I saw that this house was voted one of the best rentals for bachelor and bachelorette parties and can see where that might be true. For a family who has worked very hard for many years to spend that kind of money on a nice vacation in Cape Cod (and we have had 47 of them!) the Swan River House fell a bit short.

Nice for a short stay

The house was pretty much as described, although the patio heaters were put away for the season, which was a bummer. Lots of space to play, plenty of TVs and games. The kitchen had everything we needed. One downside was that we hoped to be able to utilize all the bedrooms but with younger kids and the massive separation between wings of the bedrooms it made bunking up necessary which wasn’t ideal. Probably a great set up for a family with older kids! Things are definitely falling apart a bit- showers hanging from wall and towel rods not secured into wall, but overall it’s a nice house with lots of space and everything you could need. Those with allergies note that you can smell that dogs have been there - my son and I suffered a bit from that but it did say pet friendly so just good to be aware!

Jamie, I appreciate you staying with me. Yes the porch furniture is put away in the winter months. The shower heads all disconnect from the wall to allow you to use them as a handheld. They all just need to be clipped back into the holder. I have replaced the towel rack you brought to my attention. The house is pet friendly and is professionally cleaned after every stay. We also deep clean all upholstery regularly.

Celebrating 40 during Covid

Small group of family enjoyed the weekend. Great views of the river off the deck. Relaxed in the hot tub. My son and his friend (18 & 20) enjoyed the large tv's, pool table and foosball. With covid making celebrating this milestone birthday more difficult than usual, this house was a perfect getaway.

Great Location

We travel to Cape Cod just about every year. Of course Covid made it more difficult this year but the property owner worked with us and we had a great time. House was very nice and location was perfect for us. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean & Convenient!

Our family enjoyed a great relaxing week at this home! The house was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed the convenience of the Swan River for kayaking, short ride to the rail trail for biking, and short drive to the beach. Quiet side street is super close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Large, clean home. Swan River view, televisions and pool table a plus!

The owner was quick to respond. We were happy that the linens and towels were included. The home is clean, plenty of beds, and the appliances are new. The 2 large screen televisions satisfied the movie watcher and video gamers in the family. We enjoyed Cape Cod, the shoreline, and the seafood. Took us 75 minutes to drive into Boston for a day trip.
