Nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood, our Lewis Bay retreat blends classic details and coastal charm. Situated on a spacious lot steps from Lewis Bay and our private community beach, this family-friendly neighborhood welcomes you to experience the timeless beauty of Cape Cod.

Inside, original wood floors, ceilings, and glass paneled French doors create a beachy yet stylish and light filled atmosphere. The open floor plan allows for family gatherings, while two sets of French doors offer flexibility for privacy.


Cozy nooks throughout provide perfect spots to relax with a coffee or cocktail. Whether on the upstairs deck, downstairs porch, or large patio, the outdoors beckons endless relaxation.

★UPSTAIRS★
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate eight guests, three each with a queen bed and one offering two twin beds. You'll find two bonus areas upstairs: step out onto the spacious outdoor deck from one of the bedrooms, where cool sea breezes and breathtaking views of Lewis Bay and Nantucket Sound await, or curl up in one of the plush chairs in the cozy reading room, which offers panoramic water vistas that will transport you to a world of serenity.

Dining is a joy in the expansive room beside the kitchen, bathed in natural light. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials and extras for culinary adventures (see "other details to note" section).
