Overall, this home was nice. It is across the street from a great little beach. A lot of things are dated and some repairs need to be made, but the location is great.

We had to book this home quickly after our fall break plans changed because of the hurricane near Destin. We lucked into a great property. We had 3 children and 6 adults and this home was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and relax! The front deck looks over the ocean and we watched the sun rise every morning. Crescent Beach was just north of the house a few miles and we had a truck so we were able to drive it down to the beach with all of our equipment. The pool was awesome! As was the TV room in the basement! Beds were comfy and the host was in constant communication when we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place!

Loved staying here!!!! Beautiful view of ocean !! The heated pool was great!! The house was clean and had everything we needed!! It too was a beautifull place!! We loved St Augustine!!!

Great view from the porch! The house was perfect with lots of room. There's isn't easy walking beach access from the house but it's a short drive.

Great house and location

Loved the house, just steps from the beach, will definitely stay here again. A big plus we got to see 100's of baby sea turtles making there way to the ocean❤️

Great getaway

Easy walk to the beach. Loved the spacious house and the small pool was just the right size for the kids. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Wonderful location

We wanted a home close to the beach for 8 adults and 1 child and 3 senior dogs. A fenced in yard was a priority. Sunshine Dream has a heated pool which even with the chilly temperatures my Granddaughter went swimming. There is a fire pit which we enjoyed. The home is very spacious and offers two levels of living space. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed our New Year’s in St. Augustine. The hosts are very accommodating and acted quickly to resolve a small issue.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Even thought the weather didnt cooperate most if the time, we so enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the surf, and was there surf!!! One of the best features, was that you get both, the sunrises and the sunsets! The house had everything we needed and we all (spouse, FIL n best friend) really loved the house. We also enjoyed watching all the wildlife (birds and large turtle). It was a great week!

Daydream come true

We loved watching the sunrise eveymorning from the deck and close beach access 😎 plenty of room for everyone and the pool was a bonus! We will be dreaming of our next stay in this lovely home.

Fantastic Stay!

The house was even closer to the ocean than we thought! The views were spectacular. The management team was quick and very responsive to our needs. We plan to go back next year!

It was perfect for the group we had. Beach was just steps away and the deck had a great view. We were evacuated due to the hurricane so we hope to go back again.
