The Space:
Experience the ultimate in relaxation and entertainment in this spacious home. The main house features four well-appointed bedrooms, offering a tranquil retreat. The home theatre room and the detached garage with a second living area offer additional space for guests. The Murphy beds in both of these areas provide flexibility, converting into full-size beds to accommodate a total of twelve guests. Families traveling with children will find the property especially accommodating, with a pack 'n play available in the closet, a highchair in the garage, and children's silverware and plates readily available in the kitchen area.
Guest Access:
This property is a contactless check-in through the smart keypads. Guest will receive their personalized code 24 hours before check-in and this code will be used during the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
You will be close to it all! It is a quick 20 min. drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine, with its restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is only 5 miles to the south. The quaint town of Flagler Beach is 30 minutes to the south. Disney World and Universal are only 2 hours away.
Getting Around:
Feel free to park in the garage while you are a guest. There is plenty of parking outside in the driveway of the attached and detached garage.
Other Things to Note:
- No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
- The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
- The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
- The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
- All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
- Beach access is across the A1A street and is a 5 minuet walk. Or you can drive your car on the beach with access on Mary Street (about 1 mile drive north). We recommend your vehicle is a 4x4 or AWD if you do decide to drive your vehicle on the beach.
- Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed to stay at the property.
- The pool is not heated.
- The fire pit in the courtyard does not come with firewood. Guest who would like to use the fire pit will need to purchase their own firewood.
- Lawn Care services come every Tuesday and will be in the courtyard area to maintain the area.
- The pool gets serviced weekly on Friday.
- This information is so you are not startled to see people in the courtyard or in the garage on these specific days.
