4/2 COTE PLAGE et animaux acceptés!

Ce 1450 pieds carrés. Beach Cottage a tous les charmes et les équipements que vous souhaitez pour vos vacances. TV HD avec DVD pour les après-midi pluvieux, asseyez-vous dans la cabane sur la plage, lisez un livre ou allez nager dans la piscine chauffée. Nous avons même une chaise haute pour les petits membres de la famille. Vous êtes à 200 mètres de la plage et à distance de marche de putt putt et de 20 restaurants différents. 2 chambres avec salle de bain / cuisine / salon au dernier étage, et un salon privé avec 2 chambres et salle de bain en bas.
Le chalet est décoré avec goût avec des thèmes pour chacune des chambres. Ce chalet décoré de Tommy Bahama a beaucoup à vous occuper un après-midi pluvieux avec des puzzles, des jeux, des DVD. Vous pouvez toujours passer du temps dans la cuisine avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine fins et le mélangeur pour faire ces Margarita. La piscine chauffée est à quelques pas et la plage à quelques pas de plus (chalet situé côté plage). Il y a un kiosque sur la plage pour que tous puissent en profiter en s'asseyant et en lisant. Les jouets de plage et les planches de bodyboard ainsi que les serviettes et les chaises de plage rendent la visite très facile lorsque vous vous dirigez vers la plage de sable blanc pendant quelques heures. Tous les lits sont neufs / très beaux matelas avec des draps confortables. Même vos nuits seront accueillies avec confort. AC a une limite de 70 degrés, donc si c'est un problème, assurez-vous de me le faire savoir avant de réserver. DOIT ÊTRE 22 ans ou plus pour louer.

The 2 beds 2 baths per floor worked out well for us.. kitchen had enough of everything and we were very comfortable.

Perfect St. Augustine house close to beach and town

We have stayed multiple times at this location and each time there are minor improvements and touch ups that show the owner really cares. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in St. Augustine and just relax.

Great beach getaway

This is the sweetest place! It is decorated in a fun beach theme and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach! It's location also makes it easy to travel to tourist and historical places. Our family had a wonderful time staying here!

Nice to have easy access to the restaurants and shops at St. Aug Beach, and close to ocean/ gorgeous beach. Would have preferred a heated pool given travel w/ kids - not sure when they heat it if not in December? Very responsive and helpful host.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed our stay. The property met our needs. Beach was close and very close to the pool. Would have liked to have the microwave to heat up leftovers, but that should be fixed for the next visitors.

Thanksgiving fun

Nice location, well equipped house. Downstairs bedrooms definitely need fans, very warm. And quite a problem with ants both up & downstairs.

Great location and beach

This was our first trip to St. Augustine Beach. We loved it. Quiet little town with good restaurants (except The Tides Oyster Co., terrible service and just o.k. food), convenient to grocery stores, just minutes away from Downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was provided as described and the owner was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again for sure. The beach is wonderful and it's not too far away from the house. I enjoy walking and it was really no big deal for me. Driving out on the beach made it easier for others in my group and to get all the chairs and stuff down there. Very nice and clean beach.

All the grands

We had a wonderful time. In the trying time with Covid-19 we had booked a vacay to Disney all paid for. Then once the park closed we had our daughter and grands still traveling from out of state so we had to make backup plans. We lucked up on this wonderful rental. Beds are comfortable, house definitely has everything you need to cook etc. Contact with owner is awesome always quick to answer any questions and help. The neighborhood is great for small kids not a lot of traffic and with cul-de-sacs all around they're safe. Easy walk to the beach and after that, the pool topped off the day. Thank you look forward to coming back.

Very disappointed

Not at all like it was depicted in the reviews! We couldn’t tell the last time there were any “upgrades;” everything is worn, not one of the 5 beds were the least bit comfortable; cleanliness is not important, as is evidenced by the buildup from dirty hands on doors and staircase, filthy floors, etc. The air conditioner is governed so it can’t be adjusted, leaving the place damp, to where you could feel the dampness when getting into bed each night; a very uncomfortable feeling. And, as if that wasn’t enough, there was black mold on the ceiling of my bedroom, around the A/C vent, and the place reeked of must every time we walked in the front door. Not a healthy environment. Once again, we were extremely disappointed!

Stay in the Sunshine

Nice location in Surfcrest Villlage. Home was comfortable, kitchen facilities well-supplied, beds and other furniture very comfy, wi fi worked well, host responsive, lots of beach toys for the grandkids. We all had a good time!

House as Described

The house fits 8 people comfortably. The house was clean and nice upon arrival. There are plenty of games to play and a large kitchen table to play them at. The pool is close by, nice and large. The grounds are well maintained. There is a putt putt course very close walkable distance. Nothing against the house or owner but the only real issue we had was getting to the beach. The house sits at the back side of the property. The walk to the boardwalk isn't bad, however there are stairs leading down to the sand which doesnt make it easy to take a beach cart. After exiting the board walk you must cross a sand dune and also cross over a rutted out beach access road to get to the ocean. The road is for 4wd vehicles only and the tire tracks were at least a foot deep while we were there. We never seen them maintain/drag the road the 7 days we were there. This made it extremely hard for smaller kids and our older family members to access and enjoy the beach. Otherwise, a great time was had!

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed the place thoroughly! The place was very comfortable and clean. The Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Easy access to the pool and beach. Parking was convenient. Very close to everything. Perfect family vacation.

Great place and distance to beach

We had two families on this trip so two levels with living rooms, bedrooms and restrooms on each level gave each family their own space to spread out and enjoy! Very short walk through the quaint vacation rental community to the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. The place was beautiful and the entire complex was accommodating and friendly. We look forward to returning next year.

My husband and I have always wanted a beach home. Living in CA, this is almost impossible! My childhood friend moved to St. Augustine and spoke so highly of the area, she insisted on me visiting to check it out. I fell in love with St. Augustine! The history, the beaches, the local people and the color of the area!!!

This is such an awesome community! 42 cottages nested together and sharing the beautiful beach, pool and community house. All within walking distance to everything you would want! Park your car for the week, and walk everywhere!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can see the pool from the deck, and there is lots of St. Augustine grass for the kids to play on right outside the house. Easy walk to the beach, and walk to just about anything on St. Augustine beach!
