- Pool heater temperature is set to max. 86 degrees and operates between 8 am – 8 pm

- The pool will be the warmest between 12 pm – 5 pm during the winter months
- As an alternative, the Jr. Olympic size pool at the clubhouse may be warmer on cool days/nights because that pool is heated by four heat pump and gas heaters, plus a hot tub/spa

Amazing Stay!

We just stayed with our four boys and parents at this property. Everything went so smooth. We truly could not be happier with this property and the communication of the owners. It was the perfect distance from parks and any food or grocery stores. The community/resort pool was also an added bonus! Our boys loved playing at the basketball court and park near the pool. We also frequently visited the snack bar and inside store for quick snacks and drinks. We are very thankful to have found this spot!

Holiday stay

The house was the perfect setup for us. We had six adults and one child under ten. We needed a place to spend the holiday where we knew the child would have stuff to do, and the arcade and pool offered entertainment for everyone for the entirety of our stay. The owners were extraordinarily easy to work with an incredibly responsive. 10/10 would stay again.

Disney Experience

The property was very clean and orderly. The girls loved the themed rooms and the dress-up clothes. Pool was the perfect temperature and the property location was great for all of the Disney parks.

This property was amazing! Clean, comfortable, every amenity needed was there! Close to Disney and other fun activities! Used delivery for groceries and food items! Loved access to the laundry and dishwasher! Arcade was a huge bonus!

Disney House

We were very pleased with this house. Orlando has such a huge variety of rentals, many with features you don't find elsewhere. We have a smaller group, only four, and so many of the houses are for large groups. With two younger boys, I prioritized having a decent pool, and having an arcade room with air hockey, their favorite. This house doesn't have some of the crazy theme rooms, but the layout suited us very well. I had seen some reviews about the mattresses being firm, and I agree with that, they were firmer than my preference, but I slept well. Didn't love the pool alarm, but those are the law now, so I guess I'll get used to it. With two older boys, we didn't use the dress up stuff or toys at all, but younger kids would probably be thrilled about it. My kids really loved the arcade, they had pac man battles throughout our stay, and fought over air hockey endlessly. For what we needed, and what we wanted to spend, this house suited us perfectly.

Family Disney trip

We had a great time at this property with three kids under 11. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location close to the parks. Plenty of things to do for rest and non-park days or at night to wind down from a busy day. Would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to the Orlando area.

Great stay, memories made

Really nice property, pool was awesome, plenty of room for a family and so much do to and play. Close to shopping and other attractions. The king size bed mattress was firm but I slept like a baby. The kids loved the arcade room! The kitchen is fully stocked. Grocery stores close by. The club house has a little mart in case you need any household items.

Our stay at Disney Escape

This property and community is beautiful. The house is perfect for family’s and kids. The hosts have gone all out to make this house part of the Disney experience. It’s clean and well maintained. The arcade room is a bonus. Pool is anlso nice. Great temperature. We were anble to go in it everyday. Lots of pool toys. Our family loved this house.

Amazing, beauitful home

A gorgeous property equipped with everything you need from games, infant/toddler necessities, cookware, swim needs (life jackets, rafts, toys)and they even give you a welcome package for basic needs, so you don't have to run to the store the minute you arrive. Would highly recommend. Owners are very nice and have great communication during stay

Disney Vacation

Beautiful house in a great community only a short drive to all the Disney parks! House was well maintained and we were provided with all the amenities needed for our week long stay! The welcome care package was a great touch to provide us with some necessities. My daughters loved the themed rooms, and all the toys and dresses that were there for their use. The game room and pool were great! Lastly, the owners were great and provided us with info before, during, and after the trip! A great place to stay! I would highly recommended this property!

Perfect place!

Such an awesome set up for families! The arcade is awesome, the pool was wonderful! It’s only a 2 min walk to the clubhouse where the kids swam in the big pool and watched a movie in the theater. Getting to restaurants was easy and was very simple getting to the theme parks, which were only 15 mins away. It was really a prefect stay! It was very clean and well stocked. The owner is very kind and responsive. Absolutely would stay here again without question.

Disney dream home for kids

Kids LOVED this home and cried when we had to leave. Between the dress up clothes, themed bedrooms, pool, and arcade- kids were in heaven and were so diverted that the adults could relax. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Great place. Only slight negative was traffic coming to and fro from Disney. We felt the location was verging on “too far” compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the area, but the ability to drive right up to your door made up for it( carrying sleeping children from car to bedroom was like 10 steps). Really lovely property- safe, clean, and memorable amenities- would stay again and would definitely recommend for families!

PERFECT house for families!

We rented this house for a family visit with four adults and three kids. I was definitely nervous about renting a house because we are normally hotel people who take advantage of our passholder discounts, but for this trip it made sense to have extra space. This house was perfect for us. Both of the "adult" bedrooms had comfortable beds and attached private bathrooms, including one with an amazing soaking tub that we definitely took advantage of several times. It was fantastic to have three bathrooms to make getting ready go quickly in the mornings. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and we were even able to accommodate our celiac family member with ease due to how well stocked it was. The kids (12, 8, and 8) loved the themed rooms and the game room was amazing to have. The kids were able to play while the adults packed our theme park stuff for the day. It was an easy drive to Disney, especially with the instructions provided by Billy to sneak in the back way, and there were ample restaurants and grocery stores right nearby. The heated pool was fantastic and I loved that the owners didn't charge an extra fee like so many do. The pool toys were also fantastic and the kids had a blast floating and jumping in. The extra touch of a few dishwasher and laundry pods was much appreciated so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Our minivan fit in the driveway without any parking issues.We will definitely rent here again when we're back in Florida! It was so nice to have the extra space to spread out and this house really does have all the amenities you could want.

Best Orlando rental

We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Orlando over the past few years while visiting with our three young children. This home was by far the best that we have ever experienced. The check in process was streamlined, the host communicated very rapidly either by email or text, and the themes/activities available was top notch! Very convenient location to all theme parks and a secure gated community. We intend to only stay here in the future if it's available. Thank you Billy for your hospitality!

Great stay!

Where do I start?! Communication with owner was great. Impeccably clean. House was wonderful- just like the pictures. Great themes - Toy Story, Beauty and the Beast, Mickey and Lion King. Arcade room incredible. The furniture - beds and couches very comfortable. Pool nice and warm. And so many thoughtful touches that madethe house that made it a special vacation to the parks. I could go on. Will definitely try to reserve the house for our next visit.

Well BEYOND our expectations!

This was our very first time renting a house as well as using VRBO. my wife and I agonized over a location for the seven of us as we wanted some thing that would meet everyone’s needs. Our family is of varying ages from 25 to 5 years old so it was important for us to have a property and location that would help us make it fun for all of us while also being semi economical. This property and the property manager made all of this. Come true! Billy, who is the owner and host was nothing short of amazing as any question I had prior to our stay, and during her stay, he was quick to answer, or take care of for us. The house had every amenity that you could need so if you wanted to stay home and cook dinner for seven you could do that the pool was so much fun and just the right size after a long day at animal kingdom, or after being at the community pool just a few steps away. The location of the house in this gated community of Windsor palms was in the absolute best location as they were great restaurants within a mile or two of driving and there are also ample shopping including a Walmart and Publix for groceries and other needed supplies, and pharmacies also located close by. The property was close enough to all the Disney resorts where it just took a few minutes drive and also close enough that we were able to go to coco beach two days out of our stay with less than an hour drive. Book this property! PS-the game room was amazing! My Galaga high score will stand up to all!

Nice Stay February 2024

Disney Escape was a decent stay. Billy was a great host and the House was very clean and had everything we needed. It was our opinions that the 2 larger beds were extremely firm, was very uncomfortable when we were used to a medium/firm bed. This wasn't a deal breaker at all, just was hard to get comfortable to rest for our 2 week stay. The hot water would take forever to get to the shower in master bedroom or to the kitchen. Was minor, just felt like we were wasting water to reach hot temps. Our biggest issue with the house was the flooring. It was so very creaky. We would get up in the middle of the night to go to the kitchen for something, and the loud creaking would echo throughout the house and would disturb other family members who were sleeping. Kitchen table area very cramped for a family of 6, getting to the pantry was trying at times, but we managed. Very minor issue is the arcade room which was to be the attraction for our children, our kids lost interest in the arcade games after the first day. The games are old(outdated) and not very appealing to our children. Pac-Man, and other First generation games were not of interest for our 12 & 8 year old's. For myself and my adult son, the Star Wars pinball game was the only enjoyed game. Basketball was good Pool area was great, very clean and in very good condition. Pool noodles and other floating devices were nice to have. Our youngest Daughter loved the princess room and all the dresses to wear and try on!

Best vacation ever

We planned a week-long getaway to Disney and this was the best house we could have asked for. My daughter was obsessed with the princess bedroom and my son practically lived in the game room. Billy was the best host ever we’ve ever had, and he helped us right away when we had any questions. This was hands down one of the best vacation homes we have been to, and we will definitely come back!
