Planifiez une réunion de famille, une retraite d'entreprise ou une sortie de groupe ... à quelques minutes en voiture du DFW Metroplex. Cette propriété offre une rampe de bateau privée sur une grande crique calme, parfaite pour les sports nautiques ou tout simplement profiter de la belle vue. La région attire des canards, des grues et d'autres animaux sauvages.

La maison principale dispose de 5 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Le salon dispose d'une télévision grand écran avec service de câble qui comprend de nombreuses chaînes sportives populaires et il y a Internet. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes. La grande terrasse à 2 niveaux, avec gazebo, offre beaucoup de sièges et il y a un gril à charbon. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'une journée au bord du lac. La maison d'hôtes a une chambre et une demi-salle de bain. La salle de jeux indépendante a une table de billard, un baby-foot et un grand patio offrant un endroit pour faire la fête afin que la maison principale reste calme.

Les autres équipements incluent de magnifiques levers de soleil, de la bonne pêche, une douche solaire extérieure et un kayak pour 3 personnes. Profitez du paysage depuis le quai couvert ou le pont de fête. Le hamac et le foyer sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre à la fin de la journée.

Perfect family get together

Our long weekend stay was perfect for our family. There were 11 adults and 1 child (7 year old). There was plenty of room for us all.Host was extra good about quickly responding to all my questions beforehand. I feel lucky I was able to find it so we could all be together.

A great family outing

We had 12 family members from Texas, Ohio and Louisiana meet at this location for some rest and relaxation with lots of fishing. The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was the place was not very clean. We did not bother the owners and just cleaned it ourselves.

Our 60th Anniversary celebration over Labor Day

VRBO In summary, we had a great time at Gary and Pam's lake home. Plenty of room, inside and out, for my family of seventeen. Only eight slept over for two nights. The rest of my family drove in each day with a reasonable commute. I did not anticipate all the commuters vice sleep overs. We kayaked (used our equipment), used the recreation and guest house, fished, played games on the spacious lawn areas, used the kitchen facilities which had ample space for 4 cooks in the kitchen, plenty of dishes and utensils. We were not missing anything and picked up ice and sodas at the Dollar store s down the road less than ten miles. Most of our group time was spent outside but we were pleased on the hot days when it was nice and cool inside with the A/C set at 75. Upon departure , we followed the list of instructions and: Swept the house, cleaned up kitchen and turned dishwasher on with last load, cleaned out refrigerator/freezer, unplugged coffee pots, washed one load of towels and dried, stacked chairs on deck under gazebo, turned off all lights and fans, closed drapes, set all A/C units to 82 degrees, cleaned grill, locked up rec and game house, carried out all trash and put out trash bin for pickup, turned on/set house alarm and locked keypad on front door. (items that we did not use listed in check out instructions, are not listed here). Thank you for the rental listing of Gary and Pam's lake house. Gaylon and Darlene

Great location and fun property

We had a crew of 13 people (7 adults and 6 kids--ages 12-18). everyone had their own space with the kids sharing the bunk house and traditional bunk room. The game room was a huge hit for the kids and adults. the deck space was awesome with tons of chairs--as was the dock! Wish it had one more full bath, but we made up for it with the outside shower--that came in very handy! The only real feedback that I have for anyone looking to stay here is to make sure you bring kitchen towels/rags if you don't want to go through tons of paper towels or wash often. Otherwise, it was well appointed and had all we needed. The location in the cove makes for great swimming and paddle boarding/kayaking. So much calmer than around the corner on the lake. We caught a ton of fish right off the dock, so if you like to fish, bring the poles. There are neighbors on both sides that live or stay there often who were very cordial with us as well. Pam was a great host. Her directions were easy to follow before and during the stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a large enough property to house multiple families or large gatherings.

Lovely Lakehouse vacation

This stay was very pleasant. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed the kayak and lake toys. The kids swam in the lake. Others sat around the gazebo just relaxing. I had the most fun relaxing in the hammock. Just a lovely vacation. Now, my family members wants to move to Texas. I enjoyed working with the Owners. Very sweet, friendly lady. Thank you for lending us your amazing home.

The Perfect Weekend

We were a group of friends with several kids between six and one year old. The plan was simple: relax by the lake, grill, cook a paella, and enjoy some family and friends time. The house and lake are beautiful and quite, and it made the plan easy. There were plenty of lawn chairs and accessories to help us have a great time. Each night, once the kids were in bed, we sat around the fire and get a very well deserved break. The rooms and beds were all comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and water related goods in perfect condition. We will certainly come back.

Five Generation Family Fishing Trip

Great family vacation house

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for all, great kitchen, beautiful views of water, nice deck with great rocking chairs. The water was enjoyable, however, the bottom is all mud and that did deter some from swimming so we rented a boat. You might want to keep a broom and some wasp spray down at the dock. Many spider webs and lots of wasps. We knocked down the webs and bought wasp spray. The only other thing is that we never found a paddle boat. We saw it in the pictures and in The ad, but I assume it is no longer at the lake. All in all, I would definitely return for vacation.

Great family getaway

We had a group of 16 the house accommodated us well! The host had everything we needed. We had a great time on the lake and the game room was a hit with everyone. We also enjoyed the use of the kayak! We enjoyed Beautiful sunsets on a huge deck,the fire pit for s’mores and and the hammock to relax in. Pictures are accurate property is well kept.

What a great property and beautiful view! It truly reflected it’s name “Tranquillity Cove” every morning & late evening. But the teenagers woke it all up when they got going! The best compliment was when the teenagers said “We’re doing this every year! Right?!” This was a very special family time!

Perfect for family bonding

Family trip for 12. Our stay was amazing. The house was clean, nicely appointed and spacious. Lots of outdoor space to play, fish and hangout. Kids enjoyed the kayak. We had fish fry, grilled and made s'mores on fire pit. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating for the 12 of us. Plenty of parking. Close to Canton for those that wanted to go to Trade Days. Owner was easy to reach for questions and VERY accomodating. Hope stay here again next year.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

In spite of the low lake level, our family had a great time. Pam, was very responsive, and answered all of our questions. The game room was enjoyed by all, and we were able to enjoy the kayak. The backyard is perfect for playing games, and we look forward to our next visit.

Family vacation

Had a great time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Although the lake level was low due to this year’s drought, our grandkids had a great time utilizing the property’s paddle boat, kayak and game room. The family corn hole and pool tournaments were a blast. Very quite area on the lake and definitely recommend.

Great stay for large family

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! This house is perfect for large families, the extra game room and guest house are wonderful additions for a large family like ours. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We fished off the dock and caught quite a few catfish. We rented a boat down the road and enjoyed tubing. Pam is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. We did run to dollar general to pick up extra dish towels, ziplock bags, and paper towels but this house everything you need! We would definitely return!

The Perfect Gathering Place

This home served as the perfect gathering place for our large family. There was room for us all to be together to visit and catch up on each other’s lives as well as spread out and do our own thing. We ate, swam, fished, rode jet skis, played games and loved every minute of it. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for the memories!

My husband and I bought this lake house to enjoy with our family and friends. We decided to make it available to others, as we do not live there full time.

We want our property to be a place for making memories and enjoying a relaxing getaway. We hope that our renters will value the property and treat it as if it were their home while visiting.

The large spacious home with guest house provides plenty of room for large family gatherings to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we started looking for lake property, we viewed a lot of different locations on Cedar Creek Lake. When we drove into the driveway of this house, I remember thinking "this is it"! The view of the water and the layout of the property was exactly what we had been looking for.

We wanted to be in an area that was easily accessible from the DFW Metroplex, Houston area and Austin/San Antonio areas. Close enough to allow for a weekend visit, and far enough away to provide a break from the daily routine.

Our neighborhood has several full-time residents giving stability and a sense of home to the area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our house is located on a quiet cove, perfect for water play with less boat traffic than other areas of the lake. The view across our cove is undisturbed nature and provides the perfect backdrop for morning sunrises and nighttime star gazing.
