Main Living Room TV – Enjoy HBO Max, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime streamings enhanced with an Onkyo surround sound system for a cinematic experience.

Surround Sound & Bluetooth – Switch Onkyo input to TV/Tape for 5.1 surround sound or switch input to Bluetooth to pair your device to play your favorite music. (Please keep volume respectful; quiet hours start at 9 PM.)

Pets - Sorry, NO pets allowed. We strive to maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests.

NO Smoking – This property is strictly NO SMOKING indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside on the deck or patio. Please do not discard cigarette butts off the deck or patio - use the designated trash can for proper disposal.

Outdoor Grill - $39 Fee for outdoor propane grill usage and cleaning.

LED Pool Lights - Enjoy the pool LED lights for up to 60 minutes per day at no cost.

Spa Heater (max heat up to 85° F) - First 2 hours of spa heater use are FREE during your stay. After that, the heater is available at $10 per hour (billed in 1-hour increments). Example: If the spa heater runs for 1 hour 15 minutes, the charge is for 2 hours = $20 (after your free hours are used).
To use the spa heater, please message us to turn it on or schedule your time in advance. We try to accommodate on-demand requests quickly, but instant activation isn’t guaranteed. Scheduling ahead ensures the best experience.

Winter Note: Entire Pool heating is not available during winter, only SPA can be heated during winter.

EV Charging available for $19 per charge. Let's know in advance if you are planning on using it.

Security Cameras – There are outdoor security cameras for safety, storm monitoring, pet monitoring and guest check-in/out tracking.

Jet Skis & Boat – Watercrafts are not for guests use, but you’re welcome to bring your own or boat rentals nearby! Also city boat ramp is nearby. JetSki lift with two spots is available for rental to lift yours.

Fireplace – For safety, indoor fireplace use is not permitted for guests.

Fireworks – City of Star Harbor prohibits fireworks within City limit.

Toiletry Pump Bottles – Please DO NOT dispose of refillable bottles (shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner) when empty.
