The villas at Clipper Court are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Welcome to Clipper Court 816!

Recently renovated in the summer of 2019, this ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom Clipper Court villa offers modern updates and stylish amenities. Enjoy new flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, a refreshed bath vanity, a tiled shower, and contemporary furnishings.

The spacious ground-level unit features a large back patio perfect for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find new tile flooring throughout, a galley-style kitchen with sleek cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, and convenient access to an adjacent laundry room. The dining area comfortably seats four and opens to both a balcony and the expansive patio.

The inviting living room is furnished for comfort and includes a mounted flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, with direct access to the patio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and provides direct entry to the beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

This villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town Marina, local restaurants, and shops. Enjoy both convenience and comfort in this well-appointed retreat.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed being in walking distance of Harbor Town and being able to visit The Bakery every morning. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our dishwasher did not work but we only have a few dished and no problem to wash. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with our clothes. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Great Place in a Convenient Walkable and Bikeable Location

We usually stay in South Beach, and this was our first time staying in Harbour Town. We loved our stay. It had everything you need for a great Hilton Head vacation. The unit has a comfortable bed and sofas. The location is right at Harbour Town, so it's a quick walk to a bunch of dining and entertainment options. Tennis courts and golf are a 2-minute walk. The bike path is right outside the door, so you can head out to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This pet friendly property is clean, well kept and located in the heart of Harbourtown. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants. It was our second stay at this property and probably won’t be our last.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time it was fun to be able to walk over the Harbortown in 2 minutes and have drinks/dinner and see the sights. Very nice unit and we would stay there again.

Perfect getaway spot and location was excellent!! Everything was outside front door.

Front start to finish our experience was super easy and we were completely satisfied with accommodations we loved all Harbour town has to offer. Great restaurants and shops were right outside front door! And it was a bonus to bring out 2 little dogs! We were very happy and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect Location

I was so pleasantly surprised by this darling condo! Great condition, modern decor, and just the right size for me and my dog. Loved its location most of all. We were steps from the action of Harbourtown, but the noise and activity wasn't intrusive. It was great having a reserved parking place in such a busy area. I will be back!

Great location & well decorated

Unit is well decorated and perfect for 2 people... anymore would be too much. The bathroom is small with 2 doors that both unfortunately open inward making it even smaller. Kitchen was well stocked. The best part though is the location! The unit is right next to the marina in Harbour Town. Highly recommend just on location alone. Even though it's mid-August, the unit was very humid in the living room. We kept the blinds closed and made sure the doors and windows were secure however it never cooled down like the rest of the unit. We bought a small fan to help.

Unit Good/Company Needs Improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was exactly as described. Clean and nice, close to everything. The owners have done a great job with their unit. We liked the rental unit. The company who listed the unit was quite frustrating, though. The lack of communication definitely dampened our experience. I had to email and call several times for them to confirm that they received my payment but it was never reflected in my rental agreement. I also had to contact them to find out where we get our parking pass and check-in details. The rental was promised at 4, but wasn’t ready until 7:30 (which was not told to us—had we known, we wouldn’t have gotten groceries beforehand). We didn’t get our pool pass for the week. It was finally available on Friday morning, our last full day there

Location is great, unit small, noise but clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo and pretty much as pictured. Arrived to a clean unit with the exception to the bedding. The bedding was laying on the floor. Called office and they sent someone over to inspect the cleaning done before check in. We left the unit to grab dinner and this was taken care while we were away The washer was running upon arrival too. Ask about that was told that someone had been in to service it and to just turn it off (spinning with nothing in it). Unit is fairly quiet; you will hear some street noise but the water running down the pipes from the upstairs unit every time toilets were flush or baths were taken made lots of noise. Would actually wake me up during the night. Decided to do some laundry and water came running out onto the floors. I tried to make contact with owner that evening around 8ish and did not hear back from the owner until 1030 am the next day. Service guy again came in while we were away so we weren’t told if repaired or not. Called and was told the service guy would not be able to get a part. I told them I had a washer full of clothes. Was told to spin them and then unplug the washer. Cute unit, just couldn’t see more than 2 people in this unit. Bathroom is extremely small, and doors inside bathroom need cleaning. Couches are NOT comfortable, cushions sag in very badly. Kitchen was equipped well. King bed was comfortable. Location was great. Last parking lot in the left before the lighthouse and restaurants. Overall I don’t think I would stay in this unit again but would stay in the area again. Love the convenience of shops and restaurants. Love the harbor!
