Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.

A pool pass to the Heated Harbour Town Pool (just steps from the villa) is provided, and the pool is open year-round and available for your use for unlimited guests during your stay. Please note, the pool is heated March-November.

Free parking is available at this property for multiple vehicles.

You are welcome to utilize the Sea Pines Fitness Center, nearby, for $17 per day. Weekly passes are also available.

Bed spreads for all bedding are changed after every guest departure.

The beach is only 1.5 miles from this villa located at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Please see photos on the site. Parking is available at the Beach Club after Labor Day until Mid March. From Mid March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool to the Beach Club and Back.

You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, 1.5 miles away which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.
Amenities include:
• Outdoor showers and foot wash stations
• Family restrooms
• Ample space for bikes with an increased number of bike racks
• Parking and convenient beach access is for home owners only. Rental guests will park in designated parking areas and be shuttled to the beach in season.

Trolley everywhere in season inside Sea Pines for free, just steps from the villa. The Sea Pines Trolley provides transportation for all guests to Sea Pines Center Shops and Restaurants, the new Sea Pines Beach Club Restaurant and Bar from Mid-March thru Labor Day Weekend.

Amazing accommodations for an incredible price with free POOL access to the Harbour Town Pool, just steps away. The pool pass will be located inside the villa upon your arrival. Grills are not permitted at this property.

Our housekeeping company, Housekeeping Services of Hilton Head recently announced the addition of the new COVID-19 Outbreak Prevention Electrostatic Sprayer (COPES) system to their suite of cleaning services. The system is the newest scientifically based technology to be implemented by Housekeeping Services and the COPES system is designed to kill potentially deadly viruses, such as COVID-19 with its electrostatic wrapping system. Awesome place to stay

The apartment is very spacious. The patio space is very relaxing. Great atmosphere for a family. Almost everything thing you need is in walking distance or can go by the trolley. The entire community is bike friendly. The pool is nice and beaches are near. The full kitchen and washer and dryer were a bonus.

Clean and Great location

The unit was nice and clean, and all listed supplies and amenities were as stated. It does show some wear and tear, but that did not distract from it, and is expected for a rental. Kitchen and baths were updated nicely too. We would have liked to stay longer, but we were there for a memorial service, so could not plan much other than dinners.

Ideal Location

This is a great location, a lot within walking and even more within biking distance. Trolley is perfect extra. Pool is so close. This condo was so perfect and roomie we'd stay here again. If I was able to tell the owner....the shower needs new paint and the outside entry way needs to be cleaned up and plants or some color.

Harbour Town Getaway

We decided to book a little getaway for our family of four and could not have been more pleased with the location and accommodations. The only reason I scored it four stars was due to the TV’s in all rooms. We typically do not watch tv but the weather was horrible and we hoped to watch a family movie as well as a big basketball game. The volume was not great and the device was hard to work. Often we would have to reset it. We ended up walking to Harbour Town and watched the game with some fresh crab legs! Amazing location and would definitely book again!

Filthy place

The property would have been great but it was filthy. Not just dirty like nobody came to clean from prior guests but needs deep cleaning. The walls and doors are filthy, the bathroom had hair all over the floor, the bathroom shower is out of date with filth and cracking above on the walls, the shower/tub didn’t drain, carpet looked as if rarely ever vacuumed, the couch was stained and filthy looking. My daughter’s feet were black on the bottom from just walking around the condo on the first day. Needless to say we were flip flops and shower shoes the duration of the stay and tried to clean up the best we could.

Extremely clean and well-maintained condo!!!!!!

What a fantastic property to rent and so close to the Harbour! This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after every use. The condo is spacious and well decorated with comfortable clean furnishings. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals. The recent painting and owner touches are extremely well done. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right near the Harbour and even has views from the master bedroom and patio. The free trolley service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the beach. Communication with Keith, the property manager was super easy, and his response time was very fast. Overall, this condo is a complete bargain for the price. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, place to stay in Sea Pines at a great price! We have already booked for next year and will receive $100 off our stay, how great is that!

Good location

It was my first stay at VRBO and was wondering how will it go. But it turned out to be one of the best experience. Biggest fear was that there is no human interaction and what if we need some help? Bu ti was surprised by quick responses from community manager for any question I have. In short I did not feel lack of human interaction due to quick responses. Thanks Keith.

Great Harbor Town Location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and communication from the property manager was good. We liked the keypad self checkin. We didn’t do any cooking there so can’t attest to the reliability of the stove/oven. We appreciated having a Keurig for morning coffee which we had outside at the high top table. Unit and washer and dryer could use some updating but everything was in working order. It is a good value for the location.

Location is everything

We had a short visit, but the townhome was well equipped. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to have the necessities. We really enjoyed being in Harbour Town and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay in this property again.

We were within walking distance to just about all the activities we enjoy the most. And a shuttle was readily available just a few steps from the house to transport us to and from the beach. A few little additions to make it feel homey would be nice. Example. A few plants out side in the front porch and patio would be nice. Our first morning at the house we woke up to find a lot of ants on the kitchen counter. The property manager brought out ant traps immediately and the exterminator came. But it took a few days until the ants were under control even after the exterminator. The door leading to the patio was extremely difficult to open but the property manager advised that a new door has been ordered and will be installed shortly. All in all we were very comfortable there.
