La plus grande villa de tennis de phare de 1 chambre à coucher!

Cette villa se sent extrêmement spacieuse pour une villa 1 chambre. Le salon a des plafonds voûtés, avec une décoration de bon goût et 2 canapés, y compris un canapé-lit queen. La salle à manger ouverte continue l'atmosphère moderne et aérée et peut accueillir 4 personnes avec amplement d'espace. La cuisine a des armoires et des appareils magnifiquement mis à jour, y compris une unité combinée laveuse / sécheuse pour plus de commodité.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand dressing, une télévision à écran plat et toute la pièce nécessaire à la détente. La salle de bain dispose d'un combo baignoire / douche carrelée et ajoute à la sensation de luxe de la villa. Le balcon offre une vue sur la piscine et le lagon lorsque vous souhaitez vous détendre avec un verre en regardant votre magnifique environnement.

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Excellent rental villa, would stay again

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Reviewer Comments: You cant beat the location of this condo. Walk or bike to almost anywhere. Condo was clean and well equipped with basic needs. Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

On arrival this year we noted that the villa had been updated with a complete bathroom remodel, redecorated living and bedroom, and the addition of a washer and dryer set. We love & prefer to stay in sea pines & this condo did not disappoint. Very tastefully decorated and the bathroom was phenomenal. The only reason we would not stay at this particular unit again was the stairs but we knew that going in. We will look for another unit offered by Island Rentals because we had such a great experience.

Our Favorite Beach Trip

Some basic stuff you might expect was missing, like salt and pepper. Other things provided like the toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. were super cheap-o. Reviewer Comments: We love this location...the grounds and buildings are nicely kept...I really dislike the washer dryer all in one combination works fine for washing..horrible for drying... the updated walk-in shower is wonderful...the deck never stays clean due to tree proximities..the mattress is not particularly comfortable .,two minor issues..one with cable..one with a missing deck chair were addressed with stellar efficiency ..this is our second stay in this unit but the washer/ dryer and deck will have us seek a different unit . This is our second stay in this unit..we stayed six weeks...any problems were not show stoppers to us ... bicycles were like new

Great condo, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Details for our visit were communicated to us well in advance, including instructions for using a downloadable app. We arrived and the property was immaculate. The living room and bedroom were larger than expected and the bathroom was up to date. The bikes were an added bonus and we spent a full afternoon using them. Harbor Town is a short bike ride from the condo, and there is also a small plaza with a couple restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed. We loved our stay and hope to come again on another visit!

Have stayed at Tennis Villas in the past

We enjoy the location of the Sea Pines Tennis Villas... located walking-distance between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center (shops/restaurants). The villas have a nice pool and tennis courts. This rental included two bikes (complimentary). very convenient to ride the trails among all the areas of Sea Pines. We would have rated "cleanliness" a 5, but on our last night, there was a large roach walking back and forth on the ceiling in the living room... too to high it with a broom. Otherwise, the furniture, including the king bed, was very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes. We have stayed in these villas in the past and will definitely be back again.
