Welcome to Splash 307 West. This unit is on the 3rd floor in the West Tower and was updated in 2022. Our condo has all new stainless steel appliances, new furniture such as a large sectional sofa and two swivel chairs to look at the beach front view. We have ALL new LG Smart 50" Smart TVs in the bedrooms and a new LG Smart 55" TV in Living Room..

This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the city and beach, all bedrooms and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 8. Two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Allure hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

This is a beautifully decorated and spacious condo with two Gulf Front bedrooms. With the additional bunk room and sofa sleeper, this condo sleeps eight. It has been recently updated and we are accepting new bookings.
