The property was perfect for our gathering of 11 friends and family. Beautifully renovated, with impressive spaces throughout and very comfortable for a large group. The Kitchen was excellent for prepping & serving our meals. Beds were very comfy too!

We had the pleasure of staying at Grand Luxury on Grange for four nights and couldn’t have been happier with our experience!The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups comfortably. With separate dining, lounge, and rumpus areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen is a standout feature—fully equipped with high-quality pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and even a coffee machine, making it a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or entertaining.Each bedroom is generously sized, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with luxurious bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep.The property also boasts two outdoor areas and a half basketball court, which were perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy some fresh air and fun.One thing to note: there are quite a few stairs leading up to the main part of the house, so it may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility.Overall, Grand Luxury on Grange exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at 39 Grange Rd Rye. The only feedback I have is that there's not sufficient cooling systems within the house and the fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (in fact someone came to check out the problem, but never returned to fix it) which left the children in a very hot room with no fan. The front door was a problem as you needed a key to enter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great house, loads of accommodation and bathrooms. Modern and special. A lot of stairs but we didn’t mind that for the most part (a couple of our guests had knee replacements etc which made it a little taxing).

Home built on the hill
Lovely home and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. Large group of older clientele- had family wedding. Only issue would be the stairs - so many and potentially an issue for an 84 year old. Photos did not accurately portray the amount of stairs. Luckily it all went well but if you have a disability this would be an issue at this home
