On the ground floor, the spacious first bedroom offers a queen bed, split-system air conditioning, and access to a shared en-suite, providing a restful retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two singles. A modern family bathroom is conveniently located on this level.

For endless entertainment, the home features a dedicated games room with table tennis, an arcade machine, and darts. The fun continues outdoors with a private putting green, kayaks, scooters, and paddleboards for seaside adventures. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing in the fully enclosed garden, which offers both privacy and safety. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
