Set back only a few hundred metres from the beach in Old Dunsborough, Little Hamptons is the place to be for a quiet, close to beach retreat.. On entry to Little Hamptons you are greeted by a pleasant wooden floor hallway which leads down to the Dining/Living/Kitchen area. Flooded with natural light by the large floor to ceiling windows, walls are speckled with colourful artwork.

Take your time to prepare the family meal in the fully equipped, free standing gas cooktop and oven and then enjoy your meal around the large dining room table. You could then open up the doors and breakfast bar from the living area and relax with a glass of your favourite wine on the outdoor setting which rolls onto a lush grassed area. The modern feel is complimented by brand new furnishings which include large modular sofa and latest audio visual technology, ideal for modern holiday accommodation.

Also on the ground floor there is a second living area with flat screen TV and large sofa. Added extras also include outdoor shower, lockable garage, Nespresso coffee machine and slow combustion fire place.

Located up stairs are the four bedrooms plus and extra sitting room. Little Hamptons sleeps up to a maximum of 6 guests at one time with the bedding configuration being 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 King Single.

This home is fully air conditioned both upstairs and downstairs, with reverse cycle for both winter and summer comfort!

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
