We’re glad to hear the kitchen stood out—it's one of the home’s most appreciated features. This is a pet-friendly home; however, it is located within a community that has specific rules regarding pets and outdoor spaces. In particular, nearby grassy areas and certain shared or adjacent spaces may be restricted, even if they appear accessible. These guidelines are in place by the HOA/neighborhood and are outside of our direct control. For that reason, guests traveling with dogs should plan to use designated pet relief areas and be prepared to walk pets a short distance from the home. We understand this may not be ideal for every guest, so we want to be transparent so you can determine if the setup fits your needs. We continue working to better communicate these details in advance so there are no surprises upon arrival, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience.
