Beautifully renovated Vail studio condo with a newly updated kitchen and bathroom, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Centrally located in Lionshead Village, this condo provides nearly ski-in/ski-out access, just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by vibrant shops, top-tier restaurants, entertainment, and easy access to Vail's world-renowned ski lifts.

The studio features a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full bathroom.

Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or exploring the village, this condo is the ideal retreat for your Vail getaway. The kitchenette is thoughtfully designed with a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, and half-size refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a convenient stay.


Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will:
1. Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking,
2. OR You may choose to pay the additional pet fees at check-in at the Lift House Lodge.

LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at $50 per night during the winter season, and $30 per night during non-winter season. If our parking lot is full, the nearby public Lionshead Parking Structure offers additional parking; rates vary by season and availability, please visit their website for current pricing and details.

Cozy...but a cold shower

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello,We enjoyed the room, which was similar to the pictures. It was small and cozy and the view although, somewhat hidden by trees was still lovely. I thought I had booked a king size bed, however our room was a queen size bed with a sleeper. Lots of noise from the restaurants and people below. To avoid that we would have had to close the sliding door, which is not an option with no a/c in the room and hot temperatures. Here are some concerns that would have made the stay more enjoyable; * The water temperature was never hot. The temperature in the shower fluctuated from freezing cold to lukewarm and eventually hot for 4 seconds. This cycle continued over and over which made it nearly unbearable to shower. The temperature was nearly the same in the kitchen sink, which did not compare to the shower obviously, however should be addressed as well.* The screen sliding door does not close completely to prevent bugs or mosquitoes from entering. Due to not having a/c in the units, it’s important to have a screen door that closes with no cracks. * The television screen was very dark and even after attempts to adjust the brightness etc... it was not a vibrant or even a clear picture to relax and watch a movie in the evening after a long day out. * On Monday, there was some sort of construction work being done in the building that was so loud and so annoying, and lasted all morning long. As if the shower issue was not already miserable, I almost wish we had left the room and ended our trip. Nevertheless we stayed and made the most of our time there.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the inconsistent hot water, especially after a long day, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We've shared your comments with our maintenance team so they can inspect and address both the shower and kitchen water temperature issues. We also appreciate you bringing the screen door to our attention. You're absolutely right that a properly functioning screen is especially important in rooms without air conditioning, and we'll have it repaired to ensure it seals properly. Thank you as well for letting us know about the television. We'll inspect the TV and its settings to determine whether it needs servicing or replacement. We're also very sorry about the unexpected construction noise during your stay. Unfortunately, building maintenance occasionally has to be completed, but we understand how disruptive it can be when it impacts your ability to relax. We apologize that this affected your experience. Regarding the bed size, we're sorry there was a discrepancy between what you expected and the room you received. We'll review your reservation to confirm the room type that was booked and ensure our listing is clear to help avoid any confusion in the future. Finally, we appreciate your comments about the restaurant noise. While our central location offers convenient access to dining and entertainment, we understand that it can also bring additional activity, particularly when windows and doors are open. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the much more comfortable experience we strive to deliver. Fantastic location & new sleek condo

Great stay, steps from everything in Lionshead. Condo is one big room with an accordion divider to make it a 1 bedroom at night- which worked great for our family of 4 (two teens). Would definitely stay again!

This unit is so close to the gondola in Lionshead. It has been updated a bit. Appreciate the king size bed and the stove, frig and microwave.

Great location, layout and pet friendly.

We booked this a bit last minute since we had to cancel a trip the prior weekend so we were really looking forward to the escape. We had not been to Aspen before despite being in the Denver/Boulder area. This place was great! It was a bit tight for a family of 4 with a dog but it was laid it really well and actually worked well. The location in the village was great and the ease of access to the mountain for skiing was much appreciated.

Perfect spot, perfect price

Always hesitant when I find a “deal” on VRBO. This hidden gem is a diamond! Great location, loved the kitchen and space. Updated, safe and clean. Easy to get in and out of. Debated staying here or the Four Seasons. Glad we stayed here. If you need a gym, pool or hot tub this is not for you Restaurant downstairs is yummy! Mantouk?! Salmon and crab were perfect. Also Nonna in Vail Village is you like Italian.

Yes, tight quarters in the evenings once the sofa was converted into a bed, but it wasn't an issue for us. Condo was clean, updated and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat. Convenient to everything! Would definitely recommend.
