Enjoy the beautiful meadow area of town! Nicely furnished and spacious 2 bedroom with loft, 3 full bathrooms; sleeps 8. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD/CD player and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a California King bed with en-suite full bath. The second bedroom had has a King bed, with access to the hall full bath. The loft has a bunk bed with a Full on the bottom, and twin on top, and a twin trundle below, and the last full bath upstairs. Relax on the spacious couch and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace, or gather around the dining area that seats 8 along with additional bar seating at the kitchen. This unit offers WiFi internet access and has two desk spaces if you need to work remotely. A private BBQ on the private balcony, and a washer/dryer offers all the conveniences of home. This unit is pet-friendly and the perfect location for your loved one to run and play. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please note: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to repairs, painting, parking lot resurface, deck repairs. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience. Great offseason destination

We really enjoyed our stay in Mammoth and with offseason pricing, it was definitely worth it. Other than some cleanliness issues we really enjoyed our stay and the location of the property was in a beautiful spot. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place for family fun! Close to snowboarding and snowmobiling. Just far enough from the village to stay away from the crowds, but close enough to go enjoy all the stuff the village has to offer!

Mammoth Snowcreek ‘23

We absolutely loved the property! So beautifully comfortable. The kitchen had everything except a cookie sheet. The only issue was the guest bedroom windows did not open which is a must in Mammoth Lakes during the summer. We look forward to staying at the same location next year!

Great Condo in Mammoth!

Very well appointed two bedroom three bath bonus loft - sleeps 6 comfortably! Well lighted and modern comfortable unit. Master bed exceptionally comfortable! Super nice pet unit - would absolutely try to stay in this unit again. Kitchen was also well appointed - lots of coffee cups and silverware - had everything we needed. Special thanks to the owners for sharing the place with us! :)

It was great!

Just a few little things that could have been taken care of. The one bedroom did not have a window that could open, and handle off of the shower. It was well stocked and clean. Would definitely go back.

Location great, parking great. Everything was okay. I have stayed at other homes that have seasonings for cooking as well as sufficient shampoo and body wash- this one didn’t. That was the only downside. Other than that it was good.

Lovely condo in Snow Creek

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked condo for mid September and we’re very happy with it. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on this main floor and a cozy loft with a bunk bed and third bathroom upstairs. The main floor of the condo is on the second story so you do have to climb a flight of stairs up from the driveway. The condo has outside parking and doesn’t have a garage. The condo fridge, dishwasher, and all appliances were in good working order. There was an ample supply of basics like soap, shampoo, some detergent and dishwasher pods. The condo is completely carpeted except for the kitchen. There is a nice size second floor deck a table that seats 5 or 6 and an outdoor barbecue. There are ample hiking trails around the condo and there is a nearby hot tub to use. Some of the lights didn’t work, for example on the stairs coming up from the parking. This staircase might be a little steep and long for someone with mobility problems. Overall, it is a great condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The unit is considerably older than the photos suggests and ready for some refurbishing; the carpet on the stairs was badly soiled and the care in the living room had to large stains. The kitchen appliances - the dishwater top tray wa broken and unusable and the sink faucet handled needed repair or replacement. The unit otherwise was great - rooms clean and odor-free, kitchen stove and refrigerator in good shape and utensils, plates and glassware in good condition. The photos also don't show that this is an upstairs unit; the stairs pose risk of falling, especially for older and very young guests.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful. Very nicely furnished and fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful photos and artwork on the walls. We picked up a lot of dog hair on slippers. There were no instructions for the TV or washer/dryer or where to catch the shuttle bus. This condo is not near any shuttle stop. You must drive about two miles and park at Vons.

Great place

This is the best place we have stayed in Mammoth. Close to shopping, restaurants and not too far from the Village. The view from the living room and dining room is amazing!! This condo was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the loft.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd floor place with a wide space of living room and dinning. Most Snow creek rentals have this similar layout. But it was extremely hot during the night. Luckily on the 2nd night we found a couple of fans to put in the window. You look at the temperature of the condo and it said 80 degrees. We set it at 50 but obviously there is no AC. One of the windows in one of the bedrooms had. A sign broken down not use so that room was hot. The other bedroom shower door was off the tracks so we had to shower with the door half open. Did not want to touch it. Will probably look into staying at a different unit next time.

Our only complaints were that the wifi was not working at all except for the first night and we had no instructions for how to remedy it or who to call (we tried resetting the modem and everything). The TV was also not operational and the remote control had no batteries. Finally, I'm not sure if the air conditioner is supposed to work but the place never got cooler than 78 at night even if we tried to turn the AC on. We controlled it mostly with open windows and fans. These are minor complaints, though. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
